Anger Management is still my favorite Sandler movie, although Happy Gilmore is a close second. Jack Nicholson and Adam Sandler are just perfect together. |

I like fantasy, horror and sci fi. I don't watch gory movies. It's so gratuitous. I love Doris Day and Rock Hudson movies too. And anything Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. Old musical comedies from the late 30s thru the 40's. And the Marc's Brothers of course. Monty Python is the best. I love British humor. Like 'Keeping Up Appearances' and 'Fawlty Towers'.

If that's not dating yourself, then nothing is. I do enjoy some old movies, like old detecive movies. TCM usually has stuff like that on, tonight they had "The Road to Morocco". Fawlty Towers is great, but must not forget Balckadder. I checked out Casino Royale form the library again. Most of the movie isn't very funny in my opinion, execpt a few scenes with David Niven and Woddy Allen. Of course that is because of the egos of the actors (Peter Sellers, David Niven, Woody Allen, Orson Welles), they often refused to do scenes and the movie never really got finished. It did have an end, but a lot of scenes seem random because large parts of the story weren't finished. |

I love a good horreur movie, nothing gory, just maybe something about ghosts and exorcisms etc. Unfortunately I always seem to lose an hour of sleep for every horror movie I watch... |

Yeh, I'm not a spring chicken anymore, but, my brain refuses to grow up!!! The first time I saw 'Pillow Talk' when I was a little bitty girl, I became obsessed with Doris' fur coat!!! The one with the big fur shawl collar. I've been looking for a coat just like it for more yrs than you've been alive. I freakin love Blackadder. Everytime I think of Blackadder, I think of the episode where he choses a cod piece to wear to a special occasion. The cod piece looked like a real part of his anatomy, if you know what I mean! I laughed so hard I peed myself! Blackadder isn't shown on our public acess here anymore. Too bad. |

Just watched "Annie Hall" ttwo nights ago. It's a Woody Allen/ Diane Keaton comedy movie, although it's a realistic story. Lots of good one-liners. "I cheated on my Metaphysics final, I looked into the soul of the boy next to me." |

I'm mainly a sci-fi guy. I don't like it when some "sci-fi" movies are all about the action. |

Sci-fi, horror and fantasy. I hate gorey/slasher type movies. I hate gratuitous nudity, blood and gore. One of my favorite sci-fi is "Dune"... the first one. It came out on DVD to day! Hurray! |

Some great horror (suspense they call it now) movies have very little or no gore at all. I mean in The Birds there is one scene of a guy with his eyes gouged out, but that is it. I've never seen the orginal Dune, but I saw a more modern oen on the Sci-fi channel a couple of years ago. It wasn't half-bad, but it was very long. |

I had to watch that one in my 8th grade English class. The bad guy was really obesse, and it was pretty uninteresting. Parctically the whole movie people were searching for some hidden source of water. |
