The main concern of this guild is the raiding and EVERYTHING else will come second to that, we are a progressing raid guild not a social guild, if people read this and understand that then they are welcome to join as social players just dont expect people to want to help you do your quests or anything else when they are prepping for the next raid, that said there has been a fair amount of grouping up lately for lower level quests and PVP which is fun but when a raid is on the cards that all stops for the majority of us. So again i will make it clear that if you need help with something by all means ask but if no one responds dont keep asking, i am polite when i ask you to shut up but only the first time :P On that note i have a big boot and dont take kindly to anyone causing trouble if i have enough people complain about an individual they will be kindly asked to leave the guild using whatever excuse they want or i will remove them publicly and very loudly. To make it clear here are the rules: 1/ No Begging for money, boosts or anything else if you want something either go earn it or ask nicely once if no one replies then find other ways to solve your problem. 2/ Understand that TLM is primarily a progressing raiding guild so do not expect people to want to help you level your characters or run you through instances, we have our own characters that require lots of setting up prior to the next raid. 3/ no arguing in guild chat if you have a problem then please talk about it like civilised people or come talk to the officers. 4/ We do have a guild vault but do not keep asking about access you will get it when you deserve it, the bank is monitored and abuse will result in demotion or the big boot of justice. There will be 2 tabs to which everyone has full acces. In these tabs there will only be useable items. Useless things will be removed, sold and the gold goes into the vault. The tabs will hold one raidbank tab, where everything that goes in there has been collected during the raids. This means enchanting mats, rep items, special blue and epic items and will mainly be used for the raid team. If you want use something you will have to ask an officer or GM first. Other tabs contain blue/epic items from several lvls. You can deposit but not withdraw if you see an item you want you will have to ask an officer or the GM. 5/ mind your language and conversation content due to minors being online. 6/ Do not expect to be included in raids unless you have made an effort to kit yourself up first by means of PVP, crafting or doing Quest lines, we are not a free ride to better gear, ask in guild chat or use the forum for links to sites that can assist in item guides. 7/ New members. For the new members we have a special rank, trialist. During this period the member will have no guildvault access. The new member will need to earn his/her access. This period will last for two weeks with good behavior. When the member gets a promotion in the guild it will be done when the member is online. Also during this period the member will be able to raid but will not get high priority. Only when a raider or established guild member is not able to make or there are not enough sign ups on the forum for the run the trialist will get a chance. 8/ You must have fun this is after all a game. Thank you Gutterdog |
