It's very very sad to say we are forced to ban a retired member, somebody who, in the past, has helped the clan so much. I don't know why the attitude of retired members suddenly stinks but it ends here. This post made in the thread Updates. is beyond a joke. This is offensive and an absolute disgrace. I see it as nothing more than sobatage and flame towards the clan, it's staff and it's members.
Unwaranted flame towards the clan, with an ml of 16 people we pulled 10 members to a war. Seven of them warred and we won it with ease.
This is flame towards a member of staff. Dwell7 has been great at making wars and also leading us to victory in them. The irl friend in question is actually very close to being booted for his inactiveness, we are a lot better off without him on the ml atm as he is simply giving other clans a false preconception of the levels of members in our clan.
Flame towards the warlord and the leaders. We would never hand a staff position away without a very good reason, and level has nothing to do with it. Dwell7 has an amazing background of being a warlord and also a leader, if vladi knew much about anything he'd know Dwell was the leader of a clan we were allies with for a couple of months.
Flame towards the warlord.
Threatening behaviour.
Anit-semitism.

no offense or anything to the clan but we seem to have a lot of members and past members that are insubordinate (to use a big word). ive only been in the clan for like 3 days now and ive already seen like 3 people be banned from the site, IRC, and clan. |

it should be a temp ban really people. No offence to new members or anything, but vladi is an irl friend of mine as well and he has done so much for SD you wouldnt believe it. He is the most active member on the forums, just look at his post count, i dont think he meant harm he just wanted to help. But i think he was mostly banned because most staff didnt like is attitude when they werent staff, now that they are :S, which i don't think gives you the right to perrma ban him. But whatever your choice people. |

He was banned for the reasons above. Nothing more, nothing less. I don't care how much he has done in the past, his post was offensive and harmful towards the clan and individuals. You think it's because we didn't like him when he was staff? Are you serious? |

Just because he was a cool guy in the past doesn't have to mean he still is. Did you even read his post? It wouldn't be fair to treat him any different than other clan members just because he used to do great stuff for the clan. You need to take that in consideration. Friends or not, everyone is supposed to be treated and punished equally in the clan. |

I think it's quite clear that he did deserve to be banned from his comments which staff members found offensive. There is nobody in this clan who thinks banning him was unfair and it is the clan members that matter, not vladi's fans who are here failing in fighting his corner. Alls you are doing is making it less likely that he will be unbanned any time soon. -Closed to prevent more pointless 'vladi should not be banned' posts. |
