 I use CS3. There probably aren't too many differences but the feel is different and everything looks different...I like it better than CS2...but it doesn't have Imageready. :(

They discontinued imageready but they combined all of IR's capabilities in PSCS3(I don't know if it's the same in CS3 but I know you can bring up the animation window in CS2 by going to Window>Animation) .
