NEW USERS that just signed up: 1. Will be ranked as a New Member until they reach over 2 posts. 2. New users will only be able to REPLY, and not post a new topic until they reach 2 posts. Let's hope this will stop the spam XD Since spam bot only make one posts, they can't now.
