Their graphic skills have improved alot or they already have good graphic skills in order to receive this rank. ::Graphic Elites are like Graphic Staff, except they don't get moderators powers. But they get to take requests. ::Once become a graphic Elite, you can also apply to become a Graphic Staff, this will improve acceptance chance. ::Overall, Graphic Elites are above normal members. They are skilled graphic designers. SO nominate away!

His graphics have improved a lot since when he first came to RE and now I admire his graphics a lot =) Oh, lol xD;; I've been away from RE too long.. Ignore this post then or delete it =)
