The healing brush takes out things (especially on skin) that stick out quite a bit.

I mainly use it on wrinkles, acne, tattoos, things like that. It's really similar to the clone stamp tool, but it blends things in a lot better.

"Abstract" isn't though,and you can't really consider a million pixels a "person,place,or thing".

You forgot Idea. A noun can be an idea as well. So the concept of "Abstract" is a noun.

Also an Abstract Render is a noun because it is a thing.

So if it's not a noun, what part of speech is it?

ABstract is the adjective of render. It describes the render. RENDER = noun
