Posts: 673 Group: Official Members Member #1,133 Joined: March 21, 2006	In this tutorial you will learn how to make a focus Open the image you want to apply the effect to. Duplicate the layer (control j). Go to filter--> blur-->gaussian blurand set it to 4 pixels and press ok. Now select the eraser tool and right clcik and choose a large soft circle brushstart erasing over the part you want to be seen. The select a smaller soft circle brush to do the smaller stuff. Then you're done.
