In this tutorial you will learn how to make glints.
Edit: images now

Open your image that you want to have the glints on and press d to reset your colours and then press x to make your foreground white. Posted Image

Then go to your brushes and right click, click the little arrow and select the assorted brushes set. Posted Image


There in that pack should be a 25 pixel brush select it. Posted Image

Make a new layer now and click once where you want the glint. Posted Image

Now in brushes right click again and select reset brushes and choose the 9 pixel soft circle brush. Posted Image

Now zoom in and click right in the middle of the x.Posted Image
