My avie pwns yours. Posts: 3,476 Group: Administrator Member #1 Joined: July 6, 2005	[size=7]Designer of the Month[/size] Real Emotion will be holding a designers competitions every month. This will be similar to the signature of the week, but with a twist and prizes. Every month someone will be given the rank as Designer of the Month: How the designer will be chosen To gain this rank you must participate in one or more battles and win. The more battles you complete the better. These battles do not have to be "Official" ones such as the SOTW or the Gang. it can be open challenges in the Graphics Battle forum. You can challenge anyone. Be aware that your total time lose will count as well. We will also be looking through the Graphics Showoff forum for eligible participants. On the last 2 week of that month we will gather up to 5 members who had the most wins or good showcases to go up against each other in one challenge. Whoever wins gets the title as Designer of the Month. If you however decide not to enter an entry you will be omited. How is this set up The actual battle takes place one week before the month ends, after the deadline (which is the 1st of each month) the voting begins for about one week or more if there aren't enough votes. Winner will be annouced the following day. The rest of the month before the last week we will be determining the next 5 members to compete. After members have been selected, in the last week information will be up and those "6" members have til the end of the month (technically week) to submit an entry. Example: This month battle started on July 22nd, then the voting will begin on August 2nd til the 9th. Winner will be annouced on the 10th-13th, depending. The following week 5 members will be round up to battle in the next competition. Prizes There will be different prizes in proportion to how many times you have won DOTM. Premium Prizes - This is when you have recieve the DOTM title for three times (month) in a row. Prizes expire after 3 months of your title and you must renew it by winning the DOTM again or it goes to someone else. Affiliation and Advertisments "Offcial Designer" rank (if you're not on the staff). Front page news cover on website. One graphic package of your choice: Each package can only be used once Quote: *Forum Graphic Package* -Coded Forum Skin - Forum Banner & Button + PSD -Standard forum buttons of your choice (Only one) Including: Folders Team Icons Post Options Forum Markers Quote: *Website Graphic Package* - Un-coded Web Template - One matching Splash (Enter) page Design - 2 matching buttons - 1 Matching banner + PSD Quote: *Standard Graphic Package* - 4 banners & 4 matching Icons + PSD. Standard Prizes - This is the usual prizes you get when you first win. Only last for one month. Advertisements "Design of The Month" rank. One graphic package of your choice: Each package can only be used once Quote: *Blog Graphic Package* - Div coded layout design for Xanga - Un-Coded Web Template for non-Xangans Include PSD for modifications. Quote: *Standard Graphic Package* - 4 banners & 4 matching Icons + PSD.
