make the size 150.
4.make sure the foreground color is white and make a mark in the middle of your canvas like this:

6.now tap the brush around the light ball you just made. dont hold your mouse or else it willl look all smeared like this:

when it should look like this:

7.Now set the blending mode of that layer to soft light and put it at 75% opacity:

so it should look a little something like this:

8.Now your done with your fireball...all you have to do is add the color.
9.so you go to image > adjustments > color balance
10. now put the settings like this:

now your done my final image came out like this:

but you can tweak around with other filters and settings to make your fireball look more realistic
you also get a very nice effect if you merge your light ball and the brushing around it and then go to filter > distort > wave
and put it on square with defualt settings.
you may also add light dots under the color balance layer and set them to overlay...its a nice ffect...just play around with effect and you will get a great out come.
