Nice job, Quan. OR instead of blur, go to Blend Mode > Inner Glow. Reset the default setting. Color. And Mode to Color Dodge, Screen, ect. Set size bigger and I think you'll get similar result.

That's what I made with this tut. It's nice. I don't think you have to apply it twice more though.
