Glad that's out of the way.

Hi, the following tut was the result of an effect I did by accident that looked cool to me. It's almost like a tunnel vision effect you get in nightmares.

PROCEDURES:

1. Okay, I use PS 7.0, which seems to be the version everyone has. Open up a new document, any size. For this tut, I will be using a 300x100 banner, RGB w/ white BG.

2. You have it? Now, open up images you wish to use, multiples are fine, but for this tut I am using one. If you want multiples, you will want to merge them all into one layer and blend as best as you can.

3. Got the picture ready and pasted on the document you made? Good. Now, copy the layer (ctrl-J). Once that is done, IMAGE>ADJUSTMENTS>>DESATURATE the first picture.

4. Now, set the blend on the copy, which should still be in color, to Linear Light.

5. Now, the color should be kinda dull. Copy that color layer one last time, and give it a radial blur. Keep the blending on Linear Light.

SETTINGS FOR RADIAL BLUR:

AMOUNT: 100
QUALITY: Best
BLUR METHOD: Zoom

6. That's it. Add effects if you wish, like a border or text. Results will vary depending on posistion of stuff. I highly reccomend not doing like me, and using multicolored pictures, because the tunnel will stand out far better if it is not monotone. The below avatar is an example of multicolors.

Some results I have gotten:
