Tutorial for Paint Shop Pro: Fading Corners By: bl00ey Step 1 Open up any picture, I`m going to use this flower one. ![]() Step 2 Click on the selection tool located at the toolbar. . Now click on the Custom selection:![]() Now this thing should pop up, make the top & left 15 pixels and the right & bottom just subtract 15 from it. Step 3 Go to the Selection tab and click Invert or press Ctrl+Shift+I. Now you image should have two marquee. ![]() Step 4 Fill the inside with white, so it`ll look like this. ![]() Step 5 Right-click and copy it then undo it so you`ll have your orignal image. Now paste it as a New Layer. Step 6 Go to Adjust --> Blur --> Gaussian Blur... Make it whatever radius you want (it depends on the size of the image) I`m going to use 15.00 ![]() Now you`re finished or you can make it lighter by pressing F8 and changing the opacity.Finished Product: ![]() |
