This was originally for Phottoshop, but Yunie said that it worked the same for PSP, but with a little adjustments. 1. Open up your image. I will be using an image of Michelle Ye ![]() 2. Duplicate your image Layer>duplicate layer. 3. While on the Copy background layer Go to FiEffect> Blur>Gaussian Blur set the radius to 4. 4. On the layers pallette from the drop down menu select the blending mode Soft light. 5. Duplicate that layer again. 6. Set the blending mode to overlay from the dropdown menu. Now your finish go to file>save as> jpeg My result: ![]() I made into a banner kind of. You can take it as you please just don't claim as your own.

I like using the angelic glow sometimes, but I think it just ruins the picture a little..making the image look a little more rosy and all. THat happens sometimes though. |
