This looks better with a border, so I'm gonna use one in the Tutorial. But you don't have to add a border. Step 1: Find a picture of anybody or thing. I used Hilary Duff. ![]() Step 2: Go to Image>>Add Borders. Step 3: Make a border whatever color and width you want. Step 4: On the button bar, you'll see a button with any of these shapes: ![]() Click it. Step 5: On the image, there's three buttons at the top. Click this one: ![]() Step 6: Now take the tool and drag it near the bottom of your image, like this: ![]() Step 7: Over on the right side, on the bottom, your layers section: ![]() Well, the top layer, move the thing like this: ![]() You can play around with the opacity until you like the transparent bar. Add some text and TA DA, this is your final copy:
