Must have a good topic title no title such as "siggy thingy" Must use some screenshots and images unless specify to an admin in a PM Screenshot or IMage has to be smaller than 600x600 if it exceed please put as a link Search to see if a tutorial similar to it has already been posted If your tutorial is still in the submission forum it means that you did not either get accepted or a mod has not view it yet State whearther it's for Paint Shop Pro or Animation Shop, By putting in the title "PSP: Tutorial Title" "AS:Tutorial Title" Taking Screenshots Once you have the image you would like to take the screenshot of. Look to the top right-hand corner of your keyboard. Press the Print Screen SysRq buttom. Now go to an image editting program and paste than you can crop out the image you want and save it.
