im guessing everyone wants to know how to make their own sigs right?? well heres my tutorial to make one using tutorial this one... ok.... start off with a new document about 400x125px fill it with black ![]() make your foreground colour white and use anyone of the brushes from anyone of these sets...or any other grunge brush grunge set 1 grunge set 2 and now dont fill the whole image with white yet.... make a new layer layer>>new>>layer now you can brush over some places in white not every where but someplaces leave it. now change the blending mode to overlay/soft light on the drop down menu in the layer apllette well one of them the one that makes it blend in to the new layer and copy that layer (the one u just used the brush on) untill you think it looks good and now go find a render.... (hope your doing well and this makes sense) ![]() i will be using Red XIII sigRedXIII now paste your render in your incomplete sig and hope fully it appeared in a new layer and make sure its on one side unless you want it in the middle. if you want a particular part of your render to show then grab the eliptical tool and make a shape that is hovering over the part you to be in your sig. right click inside the circlish shape and click on feather and choose in between 15-20 your circlish circle should have become a little bit smaller and now press ctrl+I and then keep hittin delete untill your happy with what you have. ![]() now create a new layer a make sure its on top of your render layer and your render layer is above all your painting layers whih are above your background layer. now brush over your new layer in black with another grunge brush can be the same as the ones u used for the other layers but its tottaly up to you if you want you can change brushes. after you coated your top layer with some grunge brushing click on your render layer and then go to layer>>new adjustment layer>>colour balance (or if you want hue and saturation). and mess about with the colours until your staisfied with the colouring. if you want to keep your render the colour it is ment to be just bring your colour balance/hue & saturation layer under neath your render layer. ![]() now if your satisfied time to add some text... choose any text at all and make sure that your text layer is right at the top of all your layers and then choose your blending options to anything that suits your desire all i used what a simple 1pxl black stroke on my text. after your blending options have been set if you want to make your text the same colour as your background then put your adjustment layer above your text layer which is recomended time for the last step a border.... make a new layer and press ctrl+a and then go to edit stroke and make a 3pxl border which is black.... then make sure that your still on your new layer and make sure everything is still selected and now go to edit>>stroke again and do a 2pxl white border so that now you have a black border with is a bit bigger thn a white one and now make sure you have still got everything on the new layer selected and now go to edit>>stroke and now make a 1pxl border that is black.and now finaly grab the magic wand aselect the white bit of the border and press delete!! and tadaa hope fully you got some thing like a sig... this is what i got ![]() later i will put up a tutorial to show how to add rain into your sig like my 2nd |

It's a bit too simple...but nice tut. Ps: The brushes are more scratchlines than they are grunge.
