If I remember correctly the silver crystal freeze the physical age of the royal members and the senshi, they will always be 20 years old physically...

Yes, just like in the Silver Millennium, those in the Silver Crystal's light (After its been activated in a special way) do not age after they mature.

I think we can all agree that our theories are just that, theories. We'll never know if we're right or wrong. The point of the topic is whether or not the Sailor Soldiers should be in their Eternal forms, and I think we can at least agree that its possible in one way or another.

Could it be possible for them to be in their regular forms, and then after the present-day soldiers destroy Wiseman, they morph, showing that the timeline has been actively altered?

The thing is we don't really see the future Sailor Soldiers in each story arc, they're mainly seen in the R and S arcs, correct?

The whole point I just made is that it makes sense for the Sailor Soldiers to have their Eternal forms anyway. XD

As for the Outers being in Sailor V... didn't Naoko work on both mangas simultaneously? She could have already created them in Sailor Moon before having their appearance in Sailor V.

I could be wrong... JupiterConfused

This is alllll I'm saying. There's no point of going on with this discussion.

And as far as Sailor V goes, no the outters were not preplanned. Though both manga's did run at the same time, Sailor V was cancelled when the magazine closed down (or something like that) and that's why V-Chan went from only a character that was used in cameo references to one of the Sailor Soldiers. All connections to Sailor Moon were done after Sailor Moon ended, when they finally continued the last volumes of Sailor V.

At best all that proves is that Naoko is willing to fix retcons when she has a chance. Too bad she was never given a chance to make a plot regarding Crystal Tokyo, or we would really be saving ourselves the time that went on this debate.

OK, I guess Eternal Forms are probably gonna go through...

But I really like the idea of the future senshi dressing like the present senshi on purpose... Being in the right form at the right time... I think it also avoids all the weird questions like 'why haven't they powered up further?' (because they powered down on purpose) and 'so they don't get attacked by ANY more powerful baddies after Galaxia requiring more power-ups even though they had 3(?) years of repeatedly vicious attacks?' (it's left ambiguous and up to the player's imagination), and not to mention all the tricky 'does their timeline update?'-related questions...

But is everyone decided against this idea and for the eternal forms?

We've basically just agreed that it makes more sense for them to be in their Eternal forms. I don't think it would make sense for the future Soldiers to power down, and we have no reason to believe that's even possible. It would just seem kind of out of place to me. But that's just my opinion. ^^; They also couldn't power down because the first time they're seen they're in a coma.

The future Soldiers will be so rarely seen that this won't even be an issue. And the present day Soldiers don't even really get to see them enough to where it should matter.

...Please let this thread end. It sounds like Chains has come to a real solid(more or less) decision.

@Rumn-Snuffles: I love the idea of them purposely powering down for all the reasons you mentioned. I don't really mind them being in their Eternal form however because you could give some reasons for that as well. Besides, who said that just because their in their Eternal form that they can't reach a higher form when they need to?

@Chains: The fact that their in a coma when they are first seen doesn't really matter if they knew their past selves were going to see them at that point anyway. I will however admit that I completely forgot about this. ^^; Good luck handling the time travel aspects of this plot Chains and I say hold to your own opinions. After all your the one making the game.

Now, I really hope that this is the end of this thread...

Of course I doubt it.

blah! completely agreed.

I highly doubt that this game is going to be played by anyone who isn't familiar with the serious so most people will know what happens (and anyone who doesn't will be more inclined to find out anyway)

so yeah, the eternal forms will make sense to the majority, plus the votes were pretty much unanimous last time i checked.
