Actually, she does become immortal. Chibi-Moon states that's the case in the future. Everyone's immortal. So I figure it's just a matter of choosing when to die, probably. Plus, she can reincarnate, if necessary. |

As I've already said Sailor Cosmos was born when all the sailor crystals of the universe merged in the same one, the cosmos crystal. Usagi was the one who called every crystal on herself, that's why Cosmos is still Usagi. My two cents...

On topic of Sailor Cosmos, I think this could be cool for the Ending of the Game. Maybe, after Sailor Moon becoming queen and marrying Mamoru, there could be another secret epilogue (which is only accessable after 90 % completion of the game) showing several generations/decades after Silver Millenium in a kind of fast forward, ending with the "awakening" of Sailor Cosmos in the far future. (Perhaps, Similar to the new cosmic man in the movie 2001: A space Odyssey. Perhaps, before the awakening of Sailor Cosmos, Bunny could hold a little recap about her life and then say "now I have to go to meet my ultimate destiny". After that, she goes into a light (or the light at the end of the tunnel, in metaphorical sense), the screen slowly fades black, slow, euphoric music begins, the camera moves down into orbit, where Sailor Cosmos awakes.) I would find such an ending pretty cool, because this ads a certain "long view" epicness to the plot, like in old Sci Fi Novels (Foundation, Childhood's End, Dune etc.) which had plots whose conclusion happened thousands or million years after the beginning of the plot.
