Common rules:

1) Keep swearing to a minimum and do not attempt to evade the filter.
2) Do not flame (insult, degrade, send discriminative comments to, or otherwise intentionally offend) other members or staff members, whether through posts or private messages.
3) Respect all staff members' decisions, and follow the orders of forum leaders, global moderators, and administrators. If you disagree with a staff member's decision, you may peacefully and maturely state your opinion to them or someone of a higher rank, assuming that you have a means of backing up your claims.
4) Do not put harmful, offensive, filter-evading, obscene, or pornographic content in your avatar/signature; don't use a signature that is too large (larger than a 300 pixel high by 500 pixel wide signature block).
5) If asked by an administrator or moderator to change your signature, avatar, message, etc., you must comply and not switch the offending content back.
6) Do not encourage others to break any of the rules above or below.

Spamming:

1) Make your posts meaningful, and do not post brief comments such as "lol," "nice," or "10/10." These do not actively contribute to discussion.
2) Do not double-post (post twice in a row in the same topic). Instead, please edit your posts with updated content.
3) Do not post "Bump" or a meaningless post for the sole sake of raising a topic's position in the forum index. If you wish to send your topic to the top of the forum's topic index, please use the "Bump this Topic" option located at the top-right corner of your topics, which bumps your topic up without any clutter from "bump" posts. You're allowed to do this to a certain topic no more than once every thirty minutes.
4) Unless it is your topic, do not post in topics that have titles beginning with "[Answered]." Those indicate answered questions, and if you need to inform the topic starter of anything else, you may send them a private message.
5) Do not post a new topic directed at a certain member. Use the private message system for all private conversations. Remember, keep private messages as polite as you would public messages.

Bannable Offenses:

1) Repeatedly breaking any rule listed above or a rule mentioned in any rule sticky, despite warnings from staff members in PM or rating form (or violating a rule once in enough severity to cause damage).
2) Joining CCF just to cause mischief and break our rules.
3) Threatening the security of the Community or any of our members.
4) Posting or PM'ing pornographic or obscene content.
5) Posting or PM'ing content or links to devices that can damage one's computer or endanger one's privacy (such as, but not limited to, keyloggers and viruses).
6) Posting or PM'ing the same content in multiple forums or to multiple members without their consent. (If you have a legitimate reason to mass-PM people, please obtain a global moderator's or Administrator's permission beforehand.)
7) Using CCF as a means of intentionally scamming people.
8) Plagiarizing content in any form (graphics, artwork, guides, stories, etc.) from either another member or from elsewhere and then posting/flashing it on CCF. (A ban will only be dealt if the staff is positive that the accused is indeed a plagiarist.)
9) Using another account after being banned. (The administrators are the only ones who can decide whether you deserve to stay banned, not you.)
10) Admitting to hacking or scamming on any of the games. (Punishments for this may be lighter depending on the severity of the case, but again-- don't risk it.)

Ban times:*

1 rating --> 3-day suspension
2 rating --> 1-week suspension
3 rating --> 2-week suspension
4 rating --> 3-week suspension
5 rating --> Permanent ban

*Banning may occur more easily depending on the severity of bannable offense.

- Have fun!
