Well I hate to say this...but the whole mood of this game has changed for me. At first, I was riding this hype machine like no one else in this place. That was before the big announcement and when chains was more active around here. Now i'm on the fence and very iffy about the game...after the big announcement and chains is less active around here. Not to mention posting inportant infomation in another place before posting it in here. Therefore, my interest in this game as of now...LOW. And I'm not respecting his decison right now....and if he doesn't like it, then I can just leave this place and devote my time somewhere else. |

Thank you dear. Yes, I am working on E.S. Chronicles and teaching full time. I know well the hardships of creating a game like this. But I value the input of each and every person who posts a comment. On top of that I have changed things to suit the players more then myself. Although, I have a small team, I am physically doing all the work my self. But I do it for all the Moonies out there. |

Ahh, I see then. Sorry about that then. But I was really only saying that this decision is good for both sides, as you can either wait the same amount of time for the full game, or play it in parts, and so saying 'respect my decision' is not too high and mighty in this case. Anyway, sorry again. |

Squirrel, I am absolutely tired of you. If you dont have such a high interest in this game dont feel that enough attention is being paid to this forum, then leave. Just leave. No one needs you running around being a negative jerk-off. Chains of course has to put this forum on the back-burner for the game because if he wants to get it out to us, a lot of things have to be done. If you cant understand or respect what he is doing, then leave. You dont have to be a jackass about it. His decision is made, he wants to keep us happy without making us wait God only knows how long for the full release. This will keep the truly dedicated people happy, and help us point out flaws, bugs, and anything that may need fixed before final release of the final arc. What are you exactly doing for us other than running around being a big bitcher? AS FOR YOU, SETSUNA, Not everyone is able to be pleased. As a teacher, I would expect you to know that. Chains is doing his very best, and as JJ pointed out, he does not have to at all. I'm fairly certain that if Chains gets this out, he can use it as a portfolio piece to get a good job with a computer programming group or some such. So for all you know, this could be more than just a game to please the gamers. This could be something he can utilize as a portfolio piece. So YOU need to get off YOUR HIGH HORSE and realize that everyone does things differently. If you'd have been looking around, you would realize that Chains HAS taken our posts into consideration, but there are just somethings that a leader cannot waiver on. If this is his choice, then he will release it as such and everyone will deal with it. To release it this way keeps the majority happy, it helps him stay focused on whats at hand, and I bet 10 to 1 that those of you that are throwing total tantrums right now will be playing the arcs as they are released, despite your attitudes right now.

I apologize Setsuna, that wasn't meant to come across as arrogant. You just have to understand that as much as I work on the game, when I come up with a solution to make things better for everyone, it doesn't make sense for people to whine and complain. The thing is, on other forums where I've posted this information, the people have been really excited and like that much more, its only here that I've gotten anything of a negative reaction. Because of the time that I input into this game, I don't like it when people try to tell me how I should be handling things when I'm doing my best to make sure that the game is completed. I put in about 5-10 hours into working on the script and graphics and whatnot a day, but I just can't do that anymore as I'm started college again, and I need more people to help out. Besides Jeanine and Meli, the staff members have gotten little to nothing done. Another thing that I should point out is that this game isn't just for Sailor Moon fans, its for anyone, thus there's a lot of originality in the game. It's something that Sailor Moon fans and RPG fans alike can enjoy. I certainly listen to the fans and value their input very much, I just know when I have to put my foot down. If a leader simply listens to all criticism and changes things because people tell them its not right, then they're not being a leader, they're being a follower. Play the game in parts, or wait for the final release. This decision is in the best interest of everyone, if you want to see the game released in a reasonable amount of time. Edit: Thank you for the support XPushingBorders. You understand where I'm coming from. It's just not realistic to wait until the entire game is done to release anything, because it will take an insane amount of time, and it's much more sensible to work on the game one story arc at a time and release it in parts for those who wish to play as the game is being developed. Another thing I should note. After the first arc is released, progress will go much faster, as a majority of the Sailor Soldier sprites and tiles for Tokyo will be done. No matter what, not everyone will be happy. And Squirrel, I explained to you why I posted this information at the Sailorvgame.org forums. They were itching to hear if the game was going to be released in parts, and I wanted to see how an initial reaction would be. After seeing the reaction here I'm glad that I posted there first, to be frank. I meant to post here right after, but as I explained to you I was feeling sick because of my health condition and decided to post here the next day. If you can't understand that then I am sorry, if you're interest in the game has lowered, I'm sorry. But this game is for all Sailor Moon fans, not just for any one person. |

If your trying to run me out of this place...you'll have to do a better job then that. I said what I said and there's no need for me to comment anymore. What am I doing you ask? Well...I was trying to keep this place active, but it looks like you don't need me to do anything anymore. Who the OMG LOVE SCOUTS!!! are you anyway...your no moderator. And if you really care about the forums so NEGAVERSE FLUNKY much...then how come your not posting here often while he's working on the game? Why aren't you out on the internet finding people to help him work on the game? Yeah....what the OMG LOVE SCOUTS!!! are you doing for us other than running around and getting on my case?? *rolleyes* I guess my time in this place is running out. |

Squirrel, your time here is only run out because you have been so negative since the announcement was made and because you have not been very understanding over the reasons that things have been happening the way they are. If you could just TRY to stand to be a bit more understanding of Chains and his own personal life, then it would not be a problem. As for your attack on me, I do not need to be horribly active here, as I check the site every day for news on the project, not to talk with everyone on here. While I would not have a problem talking on here with other fans, I do not find the need to do so because as I stated, I am simply here to check on updates. I have made Chains very aware of my interest in helping, except that I am useless when it comes to spriting, and YOU are not aware of the private messages between Chains and myself. So until you know what you are talking about 100%, then please dont open your mouth... or type anything that you intend to be an insult. |

Woah, everyone. Chill pills please. I agree with the fact the game will be released in arcs, again catching bugs and keeping the spriters/artists sane is a plus. ![]() XPushingOborders, You took the words outta me mouth. I want them back. >:( Squirrel, I do not think that they are trying to run you out, just telling you that your negativity on the forums (here and the SMU flames) isn't needed nor welcomed. If you don't like certain things of the game, all I can suggest is to make your own game to satisfy yerself. Chains is being considerate by asking us our opinions and suggestions on the game, but he doesn't *have* to use our suggestions at all. It *is* his game last time I checked."Therefore, my interest in this game as of now...LOW. And I'm not respecting his decison right now....and if he doesn't like it, then I can just leave this place and devote my time somewhere else." You can respect his decision, but not necessarily agree with him. To keep my thoughts in one post, every Sailor Moon fan celebrates his/her mooniness in their own way. You definition of a 'Moonie' isn't universal. In this small corner of the Sailor Moon universe, Chain's word is law. Not Yours. Deal. Complaining, Whining, and eating Cheese, ~Shadou |

Good, maybe you can come back with a better attitude and open mind, and possibly not seem like your harassing the people around here. Or maybe you'll also get over the fact that your not the all important special person around here? Ahh well, hope you come back with better spirits.

I know this sounds rude, but that Squirrel person was the reason I haven't been too active lately. I've dealt with two people similar to him before, and it was bringing back bad memories. If he'll take a little break, then I'll come here a little more. ... Ok, that sounds rude. |
