The old familiar PCW intro plays and a shot of a pumped crowd in a smaller venue is shown, all chanting those magical letters:

Crowd: PCW! PCW! PCW! PCW!

Mike: Well, there certainly were times where I wondered if we’d ever see this moment ever again, but its here and it’s all about to kick off! I’m Mike Huntsicker alongside my old partner Jerry Byerline and we’re about to kick off the first Monday Night Mayhem in years as we begin the journey to what is one of the most anticipated wrestling events in recent memory: Never Say Never! Get ready, Monday Night Mayhem is live, and it starts right now!

The screen fades away, and a small video package of John Waylon explaining why PCW went on hiatus is shown. He seems sad and distant while talking about the façade until the subject turns to the reunion show…

John Waylon: But then an old friend came to me and told me he had my back… and so now, it’s time to get the band back together one more time and shed a little blood… Welcome back… Back to PCW! And most importantly of all, never say never!

The opening video for Mayhem plays and the feed goes back to the live crowd as they are even more pumped than they were before…

“Steady at the Wheel” begins and John Waylon walks out, wasting no time at all.

Mike: Well, it’s official now! PCW is back! Here comes owner John Waylon, and it should be interesting to see what he has to say…

Jerry: Indeed it should, Mike. Say, you haven’t been working out have you?

Mike: No.

Jerry: Yeah, I could tell…

Mike: good to see some things are still the same as always…

John Waylon walks confidently down to the ring, having fun tagging the outstretched hands of fans with a broad smile on his face. He enters the ring and grabs a microphone sitting under a turnbuckle and walks a lap around the ring, taking in the sights and sounds of the moment. He tries to speak, but the loud “PCW” chant has started again and he can’t speak over the noise… He tries to hush the crowd but to no avail. Waylon looks at the camera apologizing to all the fans watching around the world via the internet, but he can’t speak over the noise.

After a few more moments the noise dies down, and Waylon is finally able to speak…

John Waylon: Thank you… Thank you. Let me just be the first to say welcome back to PCW!

The crowd goes back into it’s frenzy and the chant starts once more and Waylon laughs, knowing he most likely made a mistake. The chant doesn’t last as long this time though, and dies back down for him to speak…

John Waylon: You know, a lot of people said this moment would never happen, but I’m happy to say that a lot of people were wrong. Now, I won’t go into specifics, but I know that most everyone here in attendance right now read my interview with PWU magazine, and know what happened and what led to our lockout, and what my ideal conditions to continue on with PCW were, but I just want you all to know that a deal has been made, and PCW is back under my ownership where it belongs!

Another massive cheer from the crowd.

John Waylon: That said, it brings me the absolute greatest of pleasure to announce the event you’ve all been craving for years now… November 28th 2010, The Compac Center in Huston, Texas, PCW will bring you the biggest and best reunion show of all time with “Never Say Never”!

Another huge cheer for the return of PCW by the fans.

John Waylon: Ever since Never Say Never was announced a few days ago, word has spread like wildfire and the my home office, which is acting as the PCW office for this return, has been FLOODED with e-mails, phone calls, mail, and even a few people hanging around in my neighborhood all asking the same question: “What matches will be taking place?” It’s been crazy, I’ve gotten over a million e-mails, and my hone has literally been ringing off the hook. So to put an end to all the questions and speculation I’m out here right now, first thing to tell you all every single match slated for Never Say Never!

Another cheer, but Waylon tries his best to cut this one off before it gets out of control again…

John Waylon: First up, we’re going to feature a match that I get more questions about than most would think… It was the second ever match to take place on a PCW Pay Per View, and now, almost 6 years later, the rematch is finally going to take place and a winner will FINALLY be decided as Amp and Suicyde Kidd will do battle one more time in a match in which a winner MUST be crowned.

The crowd applauds.

John Waylon: Second up will be eXtreme Champion H20 taking on Twister in a falls count anywhere non title match!

More applause…

John Waylon: Next up we have another old standing score to settle as Hall of Famer Justin Blast will step back into a PCW ring to take on Mikey “Godzilla” Craze who will be coming out of retirement to face one of his greatest nemesis’ in a submission match to finally determine just who the better wrestler really is!

Huge reaction from the crowd.

John Waylon: Next up we’re going to fill the ring with explosive elements and see what happens! The Quintastic One is going to be standing up to “The Root of all Evil” Hatework!

The crowd continues the roar, but Waylon isn’t finished…

John Waylon: It doesn’t end there, though… I was approached by an old friend who asked about refereeing this match… A guy who could keep the entire affair in control, and get involved if need be, and there was no better candidate than him to put in that position so I gave him his requested spot and The Midnite Rider will be filling in as a special guest referee for this match!

The crowd cheers louder now, feeling the deck stacked against Hatework…

John Waylon: Next up, we’re going to feature a contest between two men who have both a ton of personal respect for one another, and yet a ton of personal hate at the same time as North American Champion Mark Tate will face off against the Perfect Vengeance of Michael Lucifer in a non title match!

Huge cheer, and a “Perfect Vengeance” chant to go along with it…

John Waylon: I was surprised when I was approached for this next match… It was really out of left field, but after listening to the challenge, I decided to grant it, so The Ayster had better get prepared because “The Original Legend” The Outlaw is going to have his challenge granted in a non title match!

Another huge cheer…

John Waylon: But… We’re not done yet… Remember, this is PCW, and we’re a little crazier than most, and in our Main Event we’re going to turn the wheels of chaos loose and let them roll freely all over the Compac Center as we host a roster wide Last Blood Battle Royal! All the bragging rights, all the marbles will be on the line for the last man to shed blood… Everyone will begin the match in the ring at the same time, and when an elimination occurs the eliminated is just eliminated from winning, but he can continue, and is encouraged to continue fighting!

The crowd roars it’s approval and a PCW chant begins again as Waylon basks in the moment…

Jerry: A Last Blood Battle Royal? Hospitals in Houston just began stockpiling blood by the 55 gallon drum!
Mike: Oh boy… We may get deported for this one…

John Waylon: So there you have it! Never Say Never! Be sure to call your television provider and show your support for PCW! Now, as much as I’d love to keep standing out here feeling the love from all of you people, I know there are some men behind that curtain that you’re all dying to see, so I’m gonna end this, and let you guys get what you came for!

The crowd goes back into it’s frenzy as Waylon exits the ring heading back up the ramp…
