Powers of the Confed: The Body of the Confederacy is made up of the Represenatives, and loosely joins the Commonwealths together. If a Commonwealth agrees to join the Confederacy, they agree to the Constitution and particpate in the Confederacy. -The Confederacy has the abbility to Limit the Rights of a Commonwealth if the Confederacy or other Commonwealths are endangering one another. -The Confederacy has the power to expell a Commonwealth from the Confederacy -The Confederacy has the abbility to declare War with forigen parties - Commonwealths can not engage outside parties unless approved by the Confederacy |
