The man who destroys worlds and creates worlds

I kind of agree with what Zechs said on Twitter about how this one wasn't as exciting as the Showa video. Mainly because the Showa video was showing off actual new content, while all these characters have been in the past two games (even if some weren't playable) and it felt kind of like they were trying to speed through it. Official website updated again between the two video releases, detailing some changes to the game. -Rider Souls: Items that will appear during stages and can be picked up to help level up your character. -Figures: Can be found in gold boxes during stages, which means unlike BW2 you aren't forced to play Survival Mode to get them (though that's still an option). -Super/Ultimate: Super Mode and Ultimate State have been integrated and run off the same meter instead of having separate ones as in BW2. When your Finisher Gauge is half full you can use Super Mode, while you can use Ultimate State when it's 100% full. Additionally, the single for the game's theme song "Colorless Images" will come with a code that lets you obtain a special Ghost vs. Red Shadow Moon figure in-game. |

That one was better than the 2000-2005 video IMO. It was more dynamic and did a better job of presenting the characters' abilities, particularly the new ones. I kinda wanted Ono!Kuuga to have different special attacks compared to Go!Kuuga, but that was probably a bit much to hope for. Also, I was a bit surprised when I got to the Den-O portion because the initial "Ore...SANJOU!" didn't sound like Toshihiko Seki, and he's always been down to play Momotaros. |

Yeah, I thought the same, Maybe they had him go deeper or something? It was weird. As for Decade!Kuuga, I'm not surprised he doesn't have much differentiating him from Normal Kuuga, he's a clone with a different voice and one additional form. |

I'd have been fine if he still had Kuuga's traditional finishers like the Mighty Kick and Splash Dragon, but if his other two specials were new. Unfortunately, Newsuke didn't really fight enough to establish a different style of combat from Godai. |

Heck he barely fought at all! He just got jobbed 90% of the time in that series. |

[utube]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8JPrEvxkMY[/utube] Double through Fourze. EDIT: Wow, the guy they got to play Phillip sounds NOTHING like Masaki Suda. At least the replacement Gentaro is halfway decent (not to mention, he doesn't just say "[insert word here] KITAAAAA!" over and over like an idiot). Edited by AmuroNT1, Feb 10 2016, 04:28 PM.

Whoever they got to voice Gentarou does a good job portraying his voice, and this is good cause I could NOT stand the guy from Battride War 1 and 2. Now I can't wait for this game even more! |

The guy from Battride 1 was Sota Fukushi, Gentaro's original actor. In 2 they mostly used recycled audio. |

Watched some videos of this. The 2000 to 2006 and the one with Kabuto gave me some good feels. Game looks like a budget PS2 title though. At least KT themselves to make your Warriors rip, they're doing everything else. |

Just listened to Den-O's quip, it's definitely still Toshihiko Seki. Just way deeper than normal. |

The guy who played Fourze in Kamen Rider Taisen was Kenichi Suzumura...and yeah, while I like him normally, it was annoying how half his dialog was "(insert word here) KITAAAA!" I honestly don't get why they haven't gotten Koei on this series yet...a few years ago there were reports that Toei had trademarked "Kamen Rider Musou", and yet nothing ever came of it. |

[utube]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gM1_CPzr5A0[/utube] The fourth "generation" video, showing Wizard, Gaim, Drive, and Ghost. The DLC characters (Chaser, Ghost Toucon Boost, and Specter) will apparently be getting their own separate video. We do get a couple of things confirmed here... -This is the only video in the series where every character shown is played by their original actor. Of course, that's because the Battride War series started with Wizard... -Oddly enough, it seems enemies from later shows weren't added in; the Gaim Riders are shown fighting the Joker Undead instead of any of the Overlords (or any Invase other than the mooks, for that matter). -Wizard can actually fight in his Dragon Styles, instead of just using them for single attacks. And they do actually work differently from their respective "base" Styles (Hurricane Dragon is insanely mobile, for example). -Beast doesn't seem to have changed from past games, so his Mantles aren't full form changes. -Gaim gets a special animation when he changes from Kachidoki to Kiwami, which shows the Kachidoki armor "casting off". We also get a good look at how Jimber Lemon is different from its previous version. -Baron's Ultimate State is, in fact, Lord Baron, who seems to play slow and powerful like Mango Arms. -Drive has access to Dead Heat. He also performs Tire Changes, which seem to be mini-form changes. Type Speed gets Max Flare, Midnight Shadow, Massive Monster, Dimension Cab, and Dream Vegas, while Type Wild and Type Technic each only get one (Rumble Dump and Fire Braver respectively). -Mach's Ultimate State is "Burst" Dead Heat. -Ghost's available Souls include Musashi, Newton, Edison, Robin Hood, Benkei, and Beethoven. He also changes into Toucon Boost Soul during his Ultimate Attack, which is a multi-form change combo. He has some sort of meter on his belt gauge, but I'm not sure what it's for. [utube]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8GGFdwdgD4[/utube] Additonally, Dengeki uploaded this video showing some in-depth gameplay with a few Showa Riders (#1, V3, X, Super-1, and Black RX) that gives a much better idea of what they're capable of. EDIT: Just noticed that the official website added information for Ghost Toucon Boost; he'll have access to Goemon, Ryoma, and Himiko Souls. Edited by AmuroNT1, Feb 18 2016, 03:19 AM.

[utube]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RdLJOdB7VUA[/utube] Trailer showing five of the new playables. Some remarks... -Kaixa specializes in multi-hit attacks. His specials seem to be the Blaygun (which can rapid-fire if you press the button at the right time), Kaixa Slash (AKA Xenoclash) and Gold Smash. His unique power, Cursed Belt, makes his Finisher Gauge charge really quickly and alters the properties of his specials. His Super Mode has him using the Side Basshar Battle Mode, which lets him spray the battlefield with multi-missiles. -Gatack has strong ranged attacks in Masked Form and area-affect attacks in Rider Form. In Rider Form, he can Rider Cancel very easily to pull off extended combos. His Clock Up differs from Kabuto's in that it lets him pull off area attacks. His specials seem to be Clock Up, Rider Cutting, and the Rider Kick, and his Finisher is a Clock Up sword combo followed by the Rider Kick (sorry Kagami fans, no Hyper Gatack here). -Zeronos, in Altair Form, is a melee fighter who uses his ZeroGasher Sabre Mode and the wrestling moves Yuuto used on Deneb (including headbutts, rolling throws, and more); his specials include the Splendid End slash. In Vega Form, Deneb is stronger and tougher with better ranged attacks, but is slow; his specials include the Splendid End, the Grand Strike shot, and the Zeronos Nova cannons. His Finisher is Zero Form's Buster Nova, and in that form he has exceptional power and speed. -Eternal is powerful all around and fights primarily using his Eternal Edge knife, which lets him perform long mid-air juggles. His unique ability is to use the T2 Gaia Memories of his NEVER allies: Heat surrounds him in fire for area damage and buffing his power, Metal gives him hyper armor but slows him down, Luna lets him perform a shadow clone attack, and Trigger lets him fire energy bullets. He can also use the Eternal Requiem attack to stun nearby enemies. His Finisher has him enter Strengthened Armament Mode (where he has all 26 T2 Memories) and launch the Never-Ending Hell energy sphere. -Mach can activate his Signal Bikes during specials (at least the Zenrin Shooter and Kick Macher) to change their properties; he has access to Magarl (bend), Tomarle (stop), Kakusarn (scatter), and Kikern (the "demon beast" bullets). When it comes to his Zenrin Shooter bullets, the property change goes into effect the moment you press R1, so you can use this to time your attacks for maximum effect. Pressing R1 more than once triggers a Full Throttle version, which further changes the properties (Kakusarn becomes a bullet rain, Kikern summons three Demon Beasts). Besides the Signal Bikes, he can use the Mach Bike itself to trigger "Very Mach" mode as a speed boost. His Super Mode is Dead Heat Mach, which has much greater speed and increased area of attack, and his Finisher is the Heat Kick Macher. |

Also GG Bamco, blocking the game from streaming in the main single player and in the free play mode because clearly people give a shit about being spoiled in a Musou game, guess I'll have to wait till I can build my new rig so I can put a capture card in it and stream off my PC. What is the point in blocking it? |

Ok, so apparently not-story mode (the second option under it) can be streamed, so I am still just baffled by Bamco's decision to block the entire story mode from the PS4 Built in Streaming. |
