I watched the video when it debuted at noon and it's the funniest thing I've seen in awhile. I'm glad Nintendo has embraced this off the wall, absurdest identity. Bill Trinen getting fired has become a meme pretty fast. |

Sony Conference is usually around 6PM Pacific time. MS is supposedly bringing a ton of games to try and build good will. Dunno what Sony and Nintendo have, but it should be interesting. Bethesda is also having a conference of sorts for the first time, so get ready for Doom, Fallout, and probably a first look at some new Elder Scrolls. |

Well, I should be able to see Sonys since that will be right after I get home, I'll probably miss the first 10-15 minutes. |

A new Elder Scrolls should be exciting. The Witcher 3 has a lot of open world buzz right now, so I want to see what Bethesda has that can challenge it. Beyond that, there's not a lot I'm excited to see, so I'm mostly in it for new game announcements. |

A new Elder Scrolls could be cool, but i'd really like some of the old skills back. Please bring back the acrobat skills, Bethseda! Both Retro Studios and Platinum have been tweeting the Nintendo E3 digital event. In relation, Platinum tweeted something about "seeing red", perhaps the Wonderful 102? Either way, i'm all on board for Retro and Platinum announcements. |

I really just wanted the old Mark + Recall Alteration spells... they keep paring things back with each new release. Also, thrown weapons and spears! But I'm doubtful there'll be any new TES news. With Fallout 4 being announced, and TESO just having hit consoles, it seems too soon. IF there is a new game being announced though, I'm kind of hoping for a Redguard or Wood Elf centric game. So yeah, Hammerfell or Elsweyr. |

They've used the song before, but I suppose you never know. It could very well just be Chrono Trigger available on PSN for PS4 . . . or mobile. >_> Either way, i'm kind of hoping against a sequel to one of my favorite games of all time. |

From what I've heard of Chrono Cross, a proper Trigger sequel that ignores Cross would probably make a lot of people happy. Especially me. I can't take anything from Cross seriously when the game implies Spoiler: click to toggle

Fuck off Grahf. Cross was good. You don't know what you're talking about. Music alone would be worth the remake or HD version of. |

Trigger DS doubled down on that ending within its secret bonuses and confirmed it even harder. But as bad as that plot point was, Cross is actually a good game. It's actually a really good game with a lot of innovations, though it has a lot of failings at the same time both in its gameplay and storytelling. But aside from that, it's simply not a Chrono game. It should have been its own IP. It probably would have gotten less flak if it was. My personal big issue with another Chrono sequel is that of the big three who were responsible for CT, Sakaguchi is gone and shunned by the company (they won't even put his name in the credits for the Final Fantasy games he directed anymore) and Yuji Horii, while he works for SE since Square merged with Enix said he put all of his ideas for a Chrono sequel into his Dragon Quest games. While they could feasibly get Akira Toriyama, all the other artists who worked on the game are gone. Anyone else who helped develop the game are also either with other companies or are still with the company but have gone insane (Yoshinori Kitase, producer of FF13). Only one person who was a principal member of the CT development team worked on Chrono Cross, and even he doesn't work for the company officially anymore (though he does do some freelance work for them). I just can't imagine a new development team having the vision or ability to make a satisfying Chrono sequel. On the flipside, i'm really hoping one of those mystery games is The World Ends with You 2. That would be an amazing reveal. Edited by RPGZero, Jun 13 2015, 06:13 PM.

Agreed all around. Cross is good, but a terrible sequel. I'm also with Zero on The World Ends With You, it's the best game to come out of Square in a decade and it bafflingly wasn't followed up on. |

I also just realized that it's practically a given that one of the mystery reveals will be Hitman 6 as IO Interactive is owned by Square. Hopefully IO will hold true to their word that it will play closer to the classic Hitman games. This along with Deus Ex 4 are near the top of my list of games I am most excited for. |

Nintendo World Championships are on right now. I was so surprised to see Trihex, Essentia, and Cosmo there. Let's go Essentia! I also hope Arin from Gamegrumps gets destroyed. The first round was Splatoon where Trihex and Essentia's team destroyed the competition. This is actually pretty entertaining. My only issues is they didn't make too clear who was on what team at first and don't have anything on screen to really remind you. While the announcers are great, the kid they have there is cringe worthy, though. |
