Still haven't played it, but Custom tracks greatly peaked my interest in it as they did with ACE R and ACE P. Just got a hold of the BGM rip, and holy ****!!! A lot of The original BGMs are awesome! They've gone with a completely different style than any previous gundam game has EVER had. Some of the tracks are even Daisuke Ishiwatari level of god tier. O_O If the game ever gets to around $30-$40 it'll be an instant buy
Except that aside from the Gundam Musou games which are more Musou than Gundam, there hasn't been a gundam game in this country in ages. |

By the way, even if you complete Mission Mode, you don't unlock all the MSs. Instead, you have to do Survival Mode and choose 5 missions of the same color/type, such as 5 Gundam 00 missions or 5 UC missions, in order to unlock more units. That's how you get the Red and Blue Frames, along with Gundam DX. Thankfully, Unicorn Gundam and 00 Quan[T] are not unlocked in this manner. On another note, the Raphael Gundam seems to play more of how I would like Wing Zero Custom to play as. |

Well, "found" a copy for myself. Honestly, it's got a lot of nice ideas in it - like switching things off on the fly and the "enhanced mode." And the music. And the visuals are really quite good, for a PSP Gundam Game. The controls, though, are a bit loose and not as nice as the other PSP Gundam games... ...and the Quicktime Events are kinda meh. They work well, but they feel shoved in. |

So how do you guard in this? Trying to learn the controls for both MUF and GM is confusing, and Ribbons is being a dick. Also how do you start the custom tracks? |

Ugh, why did they make coolest units all unlocked via the stupid survival modes? For some reason anyone voiced by a Koyasu has to be unlocked this way. |

Guarding is, I think, circle. Not a clue on the custom soundtracks, though. Hell, it took me forever to figure out how the hell I could upgrade shit. XD |

Oh, that post from was ages ago. Control sceheme is overall -Square: ranged -Tri: Melee -Circle: Guard regardless of whether or not they even have a shield -X: boost -R:Hold+up or down to ascend/descend -L: Change targets. What I normally do is use TRANS-AM Quan[T]'s quantomization attack to kill one enemy with the initial hits, then quickly change targets to another so that it warps there instead and kills it. -Tri+Circle: TRANS-AM, SEED, etc. -Square+X quick attack: If that unit has combination attacks earned it'll prompt you to press Tri+Circle during the intro cut scene. 2 units will attack useing the final move in their QA set, if that unit has Combination 2, then all 3 units in the party will. (combination uses 3 bars) And the purple moves in the combo list means you have to be in TRANS-AM/SEED/awakning mode. The one thing I never really got the hang of was how to transforms units. Though for the most part non of my mains have it since Athrun is ironically my speed unit. >.> As to custom tracks, go to options, select BGM, and then just press circle to replace the existing tracks with your tracks in your memory sticks "GMEM" folder. Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Zabanya always looks weired. Also lol'd that Tieria is with Setsuna on the Quan[T]. Posted Image |

Ah, transforming (such as using the Saviour's wing mode) is R+X, I think. |

Hey the Inspector anime remixes were awesome. Especially Tempest. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9SvZkgPWpHA Also had one awesome coincidence a little while ago when playing the stage where you fight RF kai and BF 2nd Revise. After I killed Lowe, as soon as Gai shows up the BGM changed to the actual Serpent Tail theme. I randomly added the custom tracks to the list so it was a hell of a coincidence. http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm7595251 TRANS-AM'N QUANTAIZAN' LOWE BEING A DOUCH'N RISER SWORDAN' Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image |

Picked up this game again. While the Story mode is unfair and filled with meh, the random mission mode is actually rather fun. I'm currently blazing through missions with Amuro's RX-78, Shin's Impulse and MISTAAA BUSHIDO. I'll probably switch BUSHIDO out for another guy, although I've only got Rhidde (ugh), Kira's Freedom and Sting's Chaos unlocked so far. Well, and Setsuna's Exia R-II. Which is fun, but not as fun as AMURO RAY: DESTROYER OF WORLDS. |

For most of the early game Exia Avalanche and Exia R2 got me through most of the game till I could unlock some good units. Up+Melee essentially is an unblock-able move against the enemies with them. |

Found this again on my PSP while bored on lunch at work. I'd forgotten most of the controls, but at least I'd lost lost my save data. Finally got off my butt to actually go through Mission Mode, which is slowly becoming slightly more bullshit with the higher I go in levels. Then again, just unlocked the stronger-than-anyone-else-I-have 00-Raiser. Which is really fun to use, even without the GN-Blade. For a while, though, I was maining a team of Sandrock Custom / RX-78-2 / Exia Avalanche, aka "The Brad Swaile Team." Although the Blue Destiny-3 was a nice unit to have on hand until I unlocked Sandrock. |
