Definitely gonna check out Sengoku Basara 2, Kuroshitsuji 2, & Digimon.

I'll also give Highschool of the Dead, Legend of Legendary Heroes, and Nurarihyon a shot.

The title Legend of the Legendary Heroes makes me laugh.

None of the new series strike my fancy yet so I'll wait to hear what people say about them as they air before I start to follow any of them.

Honestly, I'm gonna be checking it out because of the title alone >_>

The only thing that looks to me that I should watch definitely is High School of the Dead, but I'll try that Legend of Legendary Heroes and Asobi ni Iku Yo.

Definitely watching High School of the Dead and Sengoku Basara. Digimon I'm not too sure about though, even though nostalgia calls for me to at least try it. Shi Ki is the only unknown on the list that I might check out.

Seen the first episodes of Kuroshitsuji 2 and Mitsudomoe, though I haven't decided if I'll follow them yet. K2 started off odd, but if you liked the first (I did) then it looks like it should be interesting.

Mitsudomoe is in the same vein as Hanamaru or Kodomo no Jikan, and rests somewhere between the two in terms of the ecchi factor. It's no where near as innocent as the former, but not as dirty as the latter...though it also doesn't seem to have the depth KnJ does, either.

Other than devil-butlers, what is Kuroshitsuji about anyway?

Well, Season 1 had subplots involving rogue shinigami, Jack the Ripper, and plots involving Queen Victoria spearheaded by insane angels. A lot of dark, Dracula-esque supernatural stuff that you can only do properly in Victorian England.

The show DOES pander to the fujoshi crowd a bit with some of the male fanservice, but there's nothing that should really bother straight men any more than Leeron in Gurren-Lagann, at least in Season 1.

Now, in Season 2 they introduce a new boy and his own demon butler, and the yaoi vibes are increased substantially, especially since it implies that the new kid was sexually abused by an older man prior to making his contract. However, they old cast is still there, so it's not an especially big deal. Just be advised.

Apparently, to reflect its dating sim roots, Amagami is going to "reboot" to show the male lead's romances with each of the love interests.

I gotta agree with the ANN reviewer: That's isn't a promise, it's a threat.

I decided to give Occult Academy a try because I saw the lead female posted on /a/ and found her unbearably hot for some reason. And I ended up really liking the show! It seems pretty amusing, definitely gonna watch more of it.

The Anime no Chikara stuff always starts off really strong. Hopefully this one will have more staying power than Sora no Woto or Night Raid.
