AC3, 4, and For Answer had some awesome tracks so hopefully they cover a lot of them. Also "9".

I forgot, did we get a release time frame again? Overall everything got delayed by like 2-3 months since they had to post pone the Beta due to the PSN issue.
The original date was early 2012 for NA I think. With the Japanese delay, we probably won't get it until Spring at the latest.

It's fine with me. There's pretty much now 10+ of us getting Gundam Gackt Versus so that should at least keep ups busy until then. (I hope >.> )

Apparently some of these co-op missions are long. 60+ minutes long.

I realized recently that this is the first game I'm bothering to buy this year, and it's coming out in April. I wish the online mode wasn't what it was, but oh well.

NAMCO BANDAI GAMES TO RELEASE ARMORED CORE V ON MARCH 20, 2012

The Fight for Humanity Comes to the U.S. This Spring

SAN JOSE, Calif., (January 12, 2012) NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. today announced ARMORED CORE V will be released on March 20, 2012 in North America and on March 23, 2012 in Europe for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system. Developed by the acclaimed From Software, Inc., ARMORED CORE V will bring the most intense and strategic mech battles yet to the veteran series.

The ARMORED CORE franchise is renowned in the mech action genre for its intense battles and customization options. ARMORED CORE V revolutionizes the series with massive online multiplayer battles designed around huge team-based skirmishes on a grand scale, a robust offline mode, and a completely new atmosphere. Featuring mechs or "Armored Cores" that are customized for more strategic gameplay, ARMORED CORE V focuses on tactics and effectively utilizing the geography of a level to maximize the devastating effects of attacks. Players will be able to customize their Armored Core with countless unlockable parts creating their own personal weapons of mass destruction.

"Gamers have been eagerly anticipating the release of ARMORED CORE V, which will bring strategic mech combat to new heights," said Eiichi Nakajima, studio head, From Software, Inc. "With cooperative missions, a persistent online world battling for territories and epic team battles, ARMORED CORE V is the complete action shooter package."
The all new Operator Mode gives one player a leadership role by being able to supply his Armored Core teammates with enemy positions, movements and details.

"A quick trigger finger and razor-sharp reflexes won't always turn the tide of battle in ARMORED CORE V," said Carlson Choi, Vice President of Marketing, NAMCO BANDAI Games America. "The Operator adds a new layer of strategy orchestrating his team of Armored Cores to victory by finding the enemy's weaknesses."

NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. also confirmed today that ARMORED CORE fans pre-ordering the title from GameStop stores across North America, as well as GameStop.com, will gain exclusive access to the 'HEAVY ASSAULT PACK' while supplies last. The pack will include additional weapons and parts that will help give players a competitive advantage on day one in the innovative and sophisticated online multiplayer battles of ARMORED CORE V.

ARMORED CORE V will be available throughout North America on March 20, 2012. For more information on the game, as well as information on additional pre-order promotions, please visit: http://namcobandaigames.com/console/armored-core-5 and http://www.facebook.com/armoredcore.

Already have a JP account and don't want to make a new one so I had to get the PS3 version. =/

It's different to say the least. Though it's really hard to see what enemies unless you in scan mode. Which disables all weapons.

Also no instead of locking on to what ever is there, you now have this giant circle retical on screen, and you'll only lock onto what evers in that circle.

Couldn't get online mode to work, if it's even up that is.

Also Ali Al Sacheez. That is all.

Can't find it anywhere on the JP 360 market place yet...

Was wondering how the hell they expect me to S rank the mission on my own, then I learned you can resupply for 10,000 AU at a garage point and continue the mission.

So far there doesn't seem to be a way to change a team name once created.

Oh well. I'm content with Celestial Being and "刹那・F・セイエイ". (PS3 will auto detect the matching kanji)

For fucks sake. Are they really going to wait 2-3 days to put the demo on normally? The ****ing demo only works FOR 2-3 days.

Goddamit.

Almost feel like making a new JP account.

Story mode is 10 missions long. In general the stages are longer than traditional for AC, but the game is still pretty short (can be cleared in under a day).

-No branching routes/endings.

-Story has no closure, ends with a to be continued.

-80 order missions, but the vast majority are stuff like "kill a bunch of weak enemies" which can be cleared in 2-3 minutes.

-Rock-paper-scissors system is stupid.

-Tanks are now useless.

-The emphasis on online, even when you want to play solo, is fucking stupid (you have to log in to get access to shit that otherwise isn't available at all in single player)

-Painting is improved a lot.

-WALL KICKINGS IS AWESOMEFANTASTICS

I've been looking some stuff up about the game and it seems like a vast improvement over V to be sure. You still can't fly or anything but really that was IV's thing anyways. They added a ton of missions and all of them can be done co-op. In fact some are so hard I heard that you need to do them co-op.

I'm going to grab this and post my findings. Has anyone else played V or Verdict Day aside from the demo?

Another thing that I'm sure Ovan will get a kick out of. The final boss is
