It might later, but they've stated specifically that it currently will not. They'll probably wait and see if they think they can get enough money from a PC version to make it worth the effort. |

Yeah, me neither. I just restarted my Gamefly, and maybe I should add it to my Q in case Muramasa, Red Faction and Batman don't come in in time. |

Should probably add it soon if you are going to. Gamefly likes to send new releases out the day before release sometimes. They already shipped Wet for me. |

Gamestop and/or Activision have screwed up when it comes to Juggernaut. I pre-ordered long before Juggs was even announced as a pre-order bonus. I just expected him to get a card with a Live code when I picked the game up. They hand me a little flier directing me to go to gamestop's website and put in my receipt number to get VIP access in a few days to the game's website (which would have been nice to know a month ago) and a code will be sent out by email at release. So currently I'm annoyed that I'll have to wait a couple days to get a code I should have had today and the little paranoid side of myself is worried I might have missed some stupid little window to be able to get a code. >> At least the Scribblenauts hat is awesome. Even if it is made for people with small heads it seems (the headphones on the hat sit above my temples). |

Sadly, they're west coast only. They need to branch out badly. At any rate, I put an hour into the game with 'Joker. Unless I'm mistaken, motion control is greatly tuned down from the first MUA (now you push up/left/right/down on the D-pad to access specials instead of gesturing), and camera control has been repaired (originally, you had to tilt the nunchuk to spin the camera; now you hold down the 1 button and tilt the Wii remote. It makes for less accidental camera spinning, which is great). Being the Fantastic Four uber-fans we are, our team is currently: Mr. Fantastic, Human Torch, Invisible Woman, and... Spider-Man?! Yeah, Ben Grimm is locked at the moment for some odd reason. WTF. EDIT: Fusion attacks are pretty sweet. Just shake the nunchuk and use the pointer to choose who you want to team up with. |

Well, remember - Ben decided to go to France during the whole Civil War thing. So that kinda explains why he's locked out right now, I'm betting. On the plus side, Go Fantastic Five! |

The Secret War scenario was pretty fun. Starts off with Cap, Iron Man, Wolverine, and Spiderman along with an NPC Nick Fury, then you later switch to Bravo Team which can include Spiderman and Wolverine and a lot of the rest of the selection (no Thor, Ms. Marvel, Jean, Deadpool, Hulk, or Thunderbolts though). We ended up going with Luke Cage (his lines are so awful), Storm, Iceman, and Human Torch. Fusion attacks are great for all of the enemis that the game can throw at you. The game can easily throw 15+ at you instead of the six that might have been the most in the last game. Storm's Tornado fusions with Iceman and Torch were great. Luke Cage's fusions have all involved characters so far adding elemental properties to the chunk of ground he is going to throw at somebody. Torch and Iceman's was neat. They are both blasting toward each other and you maneuver them around to try to cross enemies in the crossfire of it. The game has removed a lot of possible attacks for characters. You just have one possible power for each button instead of having like three radial attacks you have one. My wife thinks it is great. I like that it tends to mean useful powers are much more likely, but I like having the character customization options. There are some options though for Pro and Anti heroes though. There are buffs that are purchased with the game currency. There are two buffs that can have levels be purchased for them starting off and other buffs can only be purchased depending if someone ends up Anti or Pro Reg. Like Wolverine can raise damage of all melee attacks with one side. The other side increases damage of wounding attacks (which is an effect for a lot of Wolverine's attacks). I think some heroes like Luke Cage can only choose Anti Reg though. There are also three heroic deeds for each character (two give boosts, one gives an alternate costume). I got one of Human Torch's deeds which involved killing three enemies with one non-fusion attack. It gives an equippable boost to add fire damage to melee attacks. There are three equippable boosts for teams which replaces the item system. The same boost applies for everyone on the team. The game's tip section is called, "Wade's Guide to Winning" and has a picture of Deadpool wearing a red graduation cap. XD |

Remember the "New" Fantastic Four than ran around for awhile in the 90s while the original team disappeared? Spiderman, Ghost Rider, Wolverine, and Hulk. I loved that team. |

Haha, I do indeed remember'em. I can't remember the plot of their original team up, but I always remember the time they reteamed and Wolverine cut into the Thing's face (on accident, judging by Logan's immediate reaction). Then Ben had to wear that bucket helmet on his head for a few months. |

Well, fuck. Apparently, Samus and Link were at one point intended to be in the first UA game on the Wii. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HteSsMM_ci0 Skip ahead to 1:05 on this link. Otherwise, you'll get a 30 second intro and 30 seconds of the Brit kid posting the video warbling at you on stuff that should be self-explanatory in general. Oh, and it's a loud video - except for the gameplay, which has no sound. Still, Samus and Link. Alongside Marvel. Fuck yeah. |

Juggs is awesome. His primary attack has him rushing into enemies and it horribl maims them but he is hard to control. Other special moves so far are a flying elbow drop that has a nice radial shockwave and a spinning lariat. Fusions so far have involved throwing a chunk of ground with elemental properties or grenades thanks to Deadpool. Deadpool is alright. The lines are great but gameplay is just shooting guns (which get a piercing ability so the bullets no longer stop when they hit one enemy), and some sword slices. He has one move where he teleports away and leaves grenades but I've had no luck figuring out how that one is supposed to work. Admittedly I've just gone back to Juggs too quick. >> |

I loved that team. Heck, in MUA1, I recreated it first thing...although I quickly subbed Deadpool for Wolvie. I was all set to do a "new" NFF with Deadpool, Venom, Juggernaut, and Ghost Rider in MUA2, although with Johnny being absent I'll probably substitute Songbird (to have a token female). Sorta sucks that Wade seems to have been nerfed, but then again he was sorta uber in the first, so I reckon as long as he doesn't suck he's okay. |

Deadpool's alternate costume requires pro reg. :( One of his heroic deeds is to beat up his best buddy Cable though. XD Anyway, it looks like Songbird would be playable as soon as you make the pro-registration choice. Iron Fist is definitely available for making anti-reg choice. Iron Man and Reed go Pro obviously. Luke Cage and Cap go Anti. The rest of the heroes stay available (except Thing) regardless of what they actually chose in the Civil War storyline.. |

Beat the game for a second time tonight (got the 1k too). I loved it. I was disappointed that Dr. Strange, Ghost Rider, and Silver Surfer weren't in it since they're three of my favorite Marvel characters, but Jean Grey was a nice surprise. Thor is so freaking strong, and so is Hulk. It sucked that there was only one alt costume per character, I liked the many costumes in 1. =/ The characters seemed more balanced this time around to me, in 1 I remember there were some guys that I never used. The sim missions were WAY easier here, I still don't have the gold ach or SS on 1 (still need to replay on the hardest mode too). =/ |

No. Orochi is right. It is more balanced this time. In the first game you had a lot of useless and broken characters. On the other hand Spidey is boring to use. And I'm disappointed in the lack of special grabs in this game. I'm glad Thor doesn't suck in this game. He's the strongest character IMO. With the absence of The Sentry and SS makes sense. Buggy game is buggy. I still need the coop achievements. >.> |
