Sony sticks are also really slow when compared to Sandisk.

Well, it came with it. I think it was $25 for everything I needed, the instructions on how to do it in case I got lazy, and a small LED flashlight the guy threw in randomly. XD

I think I bought from a private seller on amazon.com. The name might be on the printed instructions though, which GZG still has.

Darn =/

I'll probably just order it from the site then. I want to get everything set up within 30 days, since that's how much time I have to get the store warranty via gift receipt.

OoC Orochi, how long did the order take to process and deliver?

Hmm, not bad. Same time as PA.

Aside from the mem stick and battery, anything else I would need?

SONY recalls the R&K 3000 bundels.

http://kotaku.com/5069525/sony-drop-kicks-...ertainment-pack

So help me god if the future units go back to the old board....;__;

But that's not what that article says at all- it says the other PSP 3000 bundle Sony announced at E3, the "Entertainment Pack"(which was supposed to come with a 4GB pro duo), has been cancelled. It was originally intended for release in late November.

Instead, Sony plans to focus on the R&C bundle as the only alternative to the "Core" PSP pack.

Congrats on nabbing a new PSP though. You asked about using the music player while doing other things; so far official firmware will only let you view images saved to the memory stick with music playing (though I imagine CFW will let you do more). With the music player on, push "select", and then press left twice on the D-Pad to get back to the XMB.

I have them all on, and they work. All PS1 games will work.

You can even combine the multi disc ones into one file.

You can? awesome XD.

I'll probably place the order later tonight. I like to wait around 24hours between online orders. Just a habbit.

OoC, what are their shipping rates/costs? I can't find it on the site =/

Rrraage!

Just when I finally got the icons to look normal for my Geass theme, they screwed up again because they ended up with white backgrounds >_<. I did however find an already made theme that works perfectly.

I didn't like the WP though so I just made my own useing random images and mag scans I had lying around.

oh, don't get me wrong, my 32mb one that came with the system still works, just had to reformat the sucker and the size is laughable compared to every other duo card. (EVER.)

Copy and pasted from another forum...

Quote:

For those who are getting 'square boxes' when you want a transparent background (like the default icons), make sure you create your icons with a transparent background, then add your alpha channel and finally save as a TGA (32 bit). IIRC TGA's are the only format to keep transparency info but you must save as 32 bit to keep the alpha info. This will preserve the transparency of the surrounding area while leaving your custom icon visible.

The alpha channel is the main probleme I'm having with...What the hell is an alpha channel? >.>;;

OoC, is the screen cap thing a CFW thing only?

Yes. And are you using photoshop? If so...

Have no background on the image, then save it as "Save for web", select png and then select the transparent box. I had the same problem, but it worked after that.
