The main EMU's I'm gunning for are -SNES (mainly for Rockman X, and a few other things) -Genesis- Sonic, etc. -PS1 and just to find somthing to do, the PSP WP size is 480x272 right? |

SNES emu does't work very well, from what I've heard... and I think the Mega Man X games still aren't compatible with any PSP emulators. I haven't tried getting one yet, but the ones I did look at seemed to require you to mess with a lot of your system specs(such as disabling underclocking), which I didn't want to do. As for PS1 emu... does it work? I assumed it didn't but I don't actually know. And I have no idea what the resolution is. |

I heard it does. At least I think Orochi has it on his. and checked on GF, 480x272's the right one. Which means I'll be resizing random crap all night..... Now I WANT that Blue one over all the others. Just because it fits the KOS-MOS/Gundam Exia/Rockman based themes >_< |

Haha, I love making wallpapers for my PSP. You may be interested to know the original image I used for the Gundam 00 Discussion topic OP was my PSP wallpaper for a while (the image currently there is the same size, but I don't use it as a wallpaper).
Has the newest CFW been updated lately? The latest official firmware (5.01) supports 8GB Pro Duos now, so it could just be a case of the homebrew scene getting what they needed from it. Some bad news I just found out about the PSP-3000, though: Screen issues! http://www.pspfanboy.com/2008/10/20/users-...-investigating/ The worst part? It's a hardware issue, not software. Sony claims they have no plans to fix it. >.< http://www.pspfanboy.com/2008/10/21/psp-30...no-fix-planned/ |

We were talking about that last week. While the difference in screen is awesome, it kills it when the issues start to affect the game. Rumor has it SONY might recall them. Though what killed all my interest in waiting for the 3000 as you probably have already read, is that the CFW is unuseable on a 3000. Random, would useing CFW void the replacement plan warranty from a store if I install it? |

I just found out about it the other day and got really bummed out. Slow Hobbes is slow. Anyway, CFW messing with a store warranty? I dunno. I know it voids the official warranty, but a store would likely only check to see if the system powered on if you returned it, I figure. They might not even notice you changed the firmware. Hopefully someone else can answer you more definitively than that. |

8gb sticks work perfectly fine for me. I only use Sandisk Pro Duo though. Sony has too much lag from what I can tell, but still works. I've been using it since the beginning of this year, when I got mine. PS1 doesn't even need an emu. You can just load up the converted file. Most SNES games work. Some of the X games, Mario RPG, etc are laggy though. All other emus work perfectly for me. Has anyone here made a custom theme? I made a classic Rock Man one myself. XD |

Not sure how to take screenshots on the PSP. I never looked for a program since I had no need. =/ http://www.sendspace.com/file/f83x6k (an official program, so it's not illegal to link to) |

Okay, that was super easy to do. Just installed the ability to take screenshots. Here's a pic of the theme I made: Posted Image All buttons have a different robot. And they're separated by categories (like helpers, Rock Man Killers, etc. XD). |

I got the hang of most of it, but it's the "* either 64 x 48 pixels or 48 x 48 pixels * 8-bit Index (32-bit Color) * TGA, PNG, or GIM image files" message that keeps popping up. |

There was something specific I had to do after I saved it... I think I clicked the save as web option in photoshop IIRC. No idea why that mattered, but it did. |

Just got back. Woot, they had one KOS-MOS PSP left........(Leave me alone, it will be the KOS-MOS/Exia/Rockman/Alf PSP when I'm done with it >.>;;) Apperantly they're gettig rid of all their old stocks to make way for the 3000 Core units on the way. They had a ton of the R&K bundles. And not just them, the Walmart next door, and the ToysRus the other other side Next door also had a ton of 3000's with very few 2000s. I was thinking of getting Crisis Core as well since it was only 29.99, but decided to skip it and look for other things off of PA. Mainly IHX. Forgot if Zeta had it or not but, how to install the GBA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tno7SVk0QZc |

Just opened it...I thought it was going to be a metalic ish blue, but kinda looks and feels more like the Shiney Blue you'd see on a happy meal toy. weighs a lot less then the DS though.....Now to actually think of somthing to do with it >.>;...... EDIT: Slight RRAAGGE. I thought the 1gig stick that was going to be in the set was an official SONY black one like the one on the box, but in the end I got a blue Sandisk -_- EDIT2: Jack pot! http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-bl-49-...0-2qnb-4-6.html EDIT3: So far all I've done is screw around with music, a certain movie >.>;; and pictures ,But I'm already in love with it. I spent the last half hour or so just switching wallpapers. Current on that matches the actual units color the best. Posted Image But is there a way to keep the music player on outside of it? like while browesing the other files? |
