I really hope this pans out. The first movie wasn't perfect, but I'd love to see a darker, more intense sequel.

On another note, his comments about Kick-Ass made me laugh. XD

I love GR and liked the first movie. Looking forward to it.

The game was actually pretty fun too.

Yeah. My only real complaints with the first movie was that all of the so-called fights...well, weren't fights, and that Carter Slade didn't actually DO anything once he transformed.

Still, I hope Peter Fonda returns.

You people actually expect some sort of challenge to rise against a flaming skull head on a fecking Harley? Are you nuts?

Well... I didn't mind the movie, but I kept thinking:

More chain, less penance stare!

More I expected Skullhead to be chain-whipping giant demon ass a la Castlevania for a final battle...or ANY battle, really.

:x I was disappointed at the lack of that too. Like Kiva.

Well, at least in Kiva we know he's coming.

I have some friends who couldn't finish it. I didn't like that Blaze made the deal by mistake. It cheapens the origin. Otherwise, it was OK. Just needed a lot more fights and demons.

Millar talks about Kick-Ass

We didn't think we could afford Nicolas Cage. And then we found out we could.

With the crap he's done lately, yeah. XD

Glad to know this isn't dead. And we're getting a movie based off of the only GOOD part of the Fantastic Four movies...aside from Ioan's Reed actually being rather likeable, anyway.

Why are there stitches on his neck?

You know how in GR they took x-rays of Nic's actual skull. Well, in the Superman remake they stitched his head to a life size Kingdom Come figure. :P

Either that, or they decided to go the way of the Keaton Batman and give him a muscle-suit. But they didn't have the budget for that, so they went incredibly cheap and put him in an old Halloween costume.
