I didn't think Hulk was bad. Could of benefited from a better villain and less talking. And none of that "he was born with altered DNA" crap. Might seem small but it changes the meaning of the characters origin. Like Nicholas Cage unintentionally selling his soul in Ghost Rider.

I think Incredible worked as an amalgamation of the TV series and comic.

He does make sense. It sucks that the execs seem to have learned the wrong lessons from TDK. TDK was dark because Batman is dark. Doesn't mean you should turn everything into Charlie Murphy. Just look at 90's comics.

Hey now we got a few good things out of 90s comics. But yeah most of it was crap though.

Like Adam X the X-treme? XD

To be fair, his powers and such were actually sorta cool, but even so...he's almost as bad as that Bloodpouch parody /co/ came up with.

Well I meant Deadpool. And people can say how much they missed the 70s and how good they were, but I'm of the opinion that that era was mostly crap with a few good stories. 90s had the various Infinity crossovers too which were some of my favourite stories.

And after the ridiculous grimdark, bulging muscles and pouches were scaled back we have a lot of more mature stories with betetr storytelling now, IMO.

No, I was listing Adam X as part of the crap. XD

I mean, he wore a backwards baseball cap and a bunch of blades on his costume, and had the mutant power to make people's blood explode. Hell, his NAME had the word "X-treme" in it, spelled like that. You just don't get more '90s than that.

Just got back from Slumdog Millionaire. Easily my favorite movie of the year.

You had all that crap. Then you had Sandman, Transmetropolitan, Kingdom Come, Marvels, Astrocity, The Invisibles, LXG and other stuff that happened to come out in the 90s but weren't 90s comics. :P

Well, I'm glad I lost sight of this guy in the glut of 90s heroes that will never be seen again. Also time for a controversial statement. I didn't like Kingdom Come. Still loads betetr than lot of otehr 90s stuff though.

On a slightly different note: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2009-...-in-development

Real shame; first Shazam and now this. I know I'd pay to see a big-budget Lone Wolf movie, especially if Aronofsky was in charge.

Saw Death Race finally. I enjoyed it, but the original is much better.
