Creepy whale feather girl is creepy. Also, Takuro is XD. It's cool that he's training his persona, but I love that way it seems to keep him. Too bad he's relegated to comic relief until that's over with though.

Besides loving Takuro's training in this new episode- does anyone find it kinda interesting that Jun's Persona is somewhat like Fuuka's? Except that it seems to have the ability to read people's mind/past?

And I was shocked- *spoiler* at Megumi's persona entrance as well! I mean, I was expecting her to unleash it but it still surprised me when it appeared...*/spoiler*

Also, why was Inui video taping everything and will that little piece of footage make it way into the hand of Ryo's Detectives or the media?

I think Inui is involved somehow... he wasn't at all surprised by the presence of their Personas. The video may be evidence to make Megumi a target for the people who are stealing Personas. Still wondering if the other girl whose name I never remember has one too though... I don't think Megumi was responsible for making those rapists comatose.

That's certainly a possibility, *spoilers(maybe?)* I'm thinking(/hoping) that Inui is a plant of Ryo's or the maybe the organization he works for. And that he's not in it for the money or to capture Megumi.

And as for the "rape" that almost happen, it's quite possibly that Kanaru (the girl I'm assuming you're referring too) had nothing to do with it. It could have been Megumi, sensing the fear from Kanaru. That leads me to the theory that Kanaru might be working for the badguys, and doesn't know it. That could explain her blackouts, since they'd probably have taken her Persona already and made her into a puppet of something kind...
*/spoilers*

....

That's just my random thoughts concerning about the matter... :Blush:

Jun for the win! Seriously, he's like the only one on the show who does anything anymore. XD

Finally started watching this. <3 sexy high res.

OP is great, the ED images are... odd. XD First two eps were pretty good. Jun's probably my favorite of the brothers atm, I liked the part where he was talking to Yuki. >>;;

The Personas have some nice designs too. I should have dled more than the first 2 eps at first. Ep 2 ended on a cliffhanger. >>;;

Okay, well I'm all caught up now.

Ep 13=;_; Ryou's awesome. Poor Eiko. =/ That was a nice scene though.

One thing that pisses me off about the series is the plot progression. I really hate how they just drop certain things or don't show the rest of it. Like in ep 11 with the Kanaru and Shin scene. It's nice that they ended it with that, but no one even mentioned it in the following eps. >>;;

It's a fun series though, and I really love the seiyuu, chara designs, and music.

Okay, so the raw for episode 14 is out. Things of interest-

New OP ("Word of the Voice" by FLOW) and ED ("Found Me" by Yumi Kawamura) are included.

Picture2

All I can say is HOLY CRAP... I want subs already!

I'm hoping that it's really him and not some other kind of crap ("he just looks like him" or something stupid like that.)

Also, what's this I'm hearing that Inui is really Ken Amada? Anybody have a scoop/info on this or maybe some page scans from a magazine?

Caught up in the series. Random comments:

- Absolutely love the new OP and ED.
- Things are picking up pretty well here. One of the coolest, albeit short, fight scenes was prolly 13's. 14 looked like it was gonna build up for something awesome, sans the surprise sniper cannon burst that vaped both that guy and his Persona.
- That HAS to be him. They were even mentioning his last name several times in the episode.
- Not sure about those rumors, nor their location. However, he's made comments that 'there was more Persona-users back in his time' and that 'he was among several of them at one point.' Beyond that, I wouldn't know.

With that in mind, i'm crossing my fingers for some other cameo's now. Also hoping that Persona combat lasts longer than 40 seconds. =/

Episode 15 was released today, I'm so eager to see this episode! I saw the raw a week or so ago and I'm pretty sure stuff really hits the fan now.

Btw, if you go to the official site for Persona -ts- they have Akihiko's profile up and everything. That's where I got my fancy new avatar! X3

... Damn, you move fast. I should get me an avatar from there too... But I can't work with this stuff. ><;

Funny that you mention Episode 15, I just learned it was subbed. So now I cued it up... Will prolly watch in 5-10 minutes.

And with Fes's arrival today, i'm gonna be busy for a while. XD

Edit (Spoilers below! Your first and last warning!):

>XD Akihiko sounds like he's getting to the age of an old man. 'Damn youngsters of this day and age. Don't keep old water lying around!'

And yeah, he pretty much confirms his identity himself. So wash away your doubts, the guy's back! The mystery about Inui being Ken is still just that, however.

Also, wow... It turns out it was Akihiko and others that spread the rumors about Shadow Extraction and stuff. Turns out they were the start of it.

16 and 17 just got put out. 16 was a direct development from the big revelation in 15; everyone(or at least, almost everyone) is working together now, and it's awesome. 17 has a focus on Megumi, and was very well done. And both confirmed once again that Jun is made of win.

18 is out now as well. I'll edit in comments once I watch it, just in case someone is actually checking this thread.

EDIT: Wow, I have no idea what just happened, but it was crazy. XD

Just started dating the whale feather girl, and when Shin found out who she was(remember, he saw her when on the boat with Eiko) he followed after them. She noticed Shin, and teleported him into the ferris wheel. He asked her who she was, and she started leading him through a series of visions/hallucinations where things were usually trying to kill him. He did see what really happened to Eiko though, so that's at least a good thing. Vision went from Eiko in the boat, to Eiko's death, back to bottom of the ocean, to a battle with a fake Ryou. Shin seems to have passed out after that part.

Meanwhile, Whale Feather Girl kisses Jun, draining the light from his eyes(his Persona, or just his weird telepathic powers, or both?) and absorbing it into her own. Jun falls comatose, while she disappears.

At the end of the episode, Jun wakes Shin up, and the pair are in a field of grass. But rather than normal Jun, it appears to be Jun's body controlled by their sister again. As to what really happened to the lot of them, I have no freaking clue, but it was certainly interesting. XD

19 and 20 are out.

19 is pretty crazy, but not episode 18 crazy. Takurou's dad disappeared 10 years ago in an incident that apparently began this whole 'whale feather girl' thing. He reappears... in the body of a woman. He goes 'back to the whale' by the episode's end, and we find out that that's also where Ryou disappeared to.

In 20, we go into it a bit more. Shin tells everyone about Ayane, the whale feather girl, and they brief everyone on that doctor who performed Jun and Yuki's surgery again. Turns out Jun, Shin, Ryou and Yuki's parents were part of a research team with that guy before they became writers. They begin investigating the family's house after that. Shin also finally realizes that Jun is no longer Jun, but just Yuki, although he seems to have already known that she was in there in some fashion.

Meanwhile, 'inside the whale', which apparently looks a lot like Shin's family's house, Jun finds Ryou, and they talk for a little bit.

Well, bad news. Yuki apparently can't use her persona without Jun, and both Mayuri and that really buff Moribito(was the their name?) member come up on Morimoto and Jun after they met up to talk. Mayuri tells Morimoto to hurry up, and that playing the school girl is getting tiring, and whispers something in her ear, causing Morimoto to pass out. She then kidnaps Jun and drives off, just as the Detective's assistant, who'd been trailing them, comes up to help. He stops his car and gets out to help Morimoto, but she looks weird... kind of like she did when she had her alternate personality while pulling shadows for people. She summons her persona to attack him, and the episode ends.

...and now 22 is out. Crazy couple of episodes. If this is happening at episode 22 though, how the heck is this series going to end?

I liked the Morimoto had two persona; one for each of her split personalities. And I'm wondering if her use of it was somehow related to bringing Jun back. Either way, the Moribito got entirely wiped out, and Tankurou was actually controlling his persona. Shin destroyed 'evil Morimoto's' Persona and the crazy doctor's, while Ayane(real Ayane, not whale-representative Ayane) absorbed just about every Persona but the main character's, after which her persona altered. It sent out some sort of red field which banished everyone's Persona and caused them to pass out, but then Jun apparently came back to Yuki, and suppressed it with some sort of blue field.

Cut to the next scene, where everyone is apparently inside the whale now, as Shin is reunited with Ryou and Jun, while their physical bodies are shown to still be unconscious back at the lab.

Saw 23. It's a Morimoto-centric episode... and fairly sad. But seriously, I have no idea where the is going now.

...according to the episode preview, the series may be over. The next episode is a flashback. XD
