First up, this just arrived ECM-XROO High end 1 (SIDE NOTE: IF ANYONE HAS BETTER IMAGE SHARES THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE MONEY OR A LOG IN LET ME KNOW, IMAGE SHACK KEEPS FAILING) Hm given that this thing is about ten years old gona go easy on it. First up the cons, and the molding error. The figure has a loose right arm joint at the shoulder due to a bubble in the plastic joint, but that should be the luck of the draw (image below) Posted Image There is a big open gap where the chain gun on the back is, almost as if something is missing. Posted Image This one maybe due to its age but the over boosts tend to come off totally if you pop them up, otherwise they just stay where there at nicely . Posted Image BOX PHOTO Posted Image Anyway, this guy is jointed at every place as it would be in the game minus the legs can`t move side to side, but i will let that slide. It comes with everything you would see in the game, and with a beam blade too boot (no other ac has that) Detail is rather nice, there are a few area`s where the wash or whatever they used got a little thick but eh, thats true for alot of figures. Continued next post. EDIT:Just wanted to do this, and a good way to kill a hour or so. EDIT: best place to get these is ebay, if you try amazon you will be over charged, big red is for sale on amazon for about 70-80 bucks, on ebay about 35 with shipping and handling. |

Back o` box. Posted Image Unarmed view Posted Image There is SOME warping, though that seems to be the case with all the Art Fix AC`s Armed View (i liked this angle better then up front) You can see the seam line in its fore arms, the right one has a small gap at the top of the elbow. Posted Image Beam Blade Posted Image Back shot with over boost up Posted Image Personally with something this old I would not play with it, well too much anyway. Other then the right shoulder and the chain gun gap i`m pretty happy with this figure. So in short, good old figure with some cons due to its age and a bubble, but other then that its a great collectors item, but a COSTLY item, 80 bucks is what i payed, 150 is the norm about (when it was freshly made it cost about 20-30) I will give it a 7 out of 10. |

One Coin, I will only be giving one shot per figure. Brain Wash Poseable at the shoulders ,biceps , head, waist, hands and thighs, all shoulder/ back mounted weapons can move, paint job is great, no real errors to see. Posted Image Tooth Pick (yes thats its name) Posted Image Poseable at same area`s as brain wash, and has Eo`s that can be moved, removed. Con: his arms are fugly, as in curving where there not meant to and larger where they should be much thinner. Sight hawk (or aiming hawk to some people) Same deal as brain wash, great paint job, but rather frail, i would not suggest using this ac to build another due to the chances of it breaking, as it did with me (you cant tell really) Posted Image My favorite Ac, don`t know its name but the detail is godly, as is its paint job, poseable in the same area`s as brain wash plus its knee`s and be moved around to allow it to "stand" up higher or lower. Posted Image One more review left, i will do it later in the day. will not review differnt colors of the same ac. |

Next is AC high end figure 03 Not too much to say about this one, no real flaws other then it cant have side weapons because there are no "hard points" on the side of its arms. Comes with three heads and two sets of hands. Good paint job, just as posable as XR00, but its legs move around at the thighs. This figure is NEWER then ol X paint job is better and no gaps, cost is only about 14 bucks if you know where to look, its over boost stays on unless you break it, nice and strong, can play with it, pretty good figure, but i still like ol X (if you ever make this guy in the ac2 game he SUCKS) while there isnt anything bad (well really bad) to say about this guy, there is not too much to say that he does really well ether, but still a good figure. Posted Image Armed view Posted Image Back view (a goblin must be messing with my cam, every over boost shot screws up) Posted Image Heads Posted Image 7/10 rating. All parts can be exchanged with other Ac`s. EDIT: almost forgot, this guy can`t hold his gun worth a crap. |

Next up is big red (name unknown, used to know it, think is was something on the line of a red flower.) AA2 figure 2 Posted Image Personally, i really like this figure, the paint job is nice and clean, cept the two chest plates paint is a little thin but eh, nice strong figure, much newer then X and much much cheaper to buy, bout 22 normally, the arms have a much wider ranger of movement then its older buddies, why take a look here, layin down and blowin holes in white puffy clouds (lest they were puffy) Posted Image His legs don`t move too much at the knee, but thats the way it should be, heavy legs just are not meant to be fast or nimble. Over Boost/back Posted Image No seam lines at all, this guy is well done and unlike A2 number 3 figure he has BOTH "hard points" in his arms, the only real problem with this guy is that his feet don`t really move, and he can hold his gun, Unlike A2 Number 3! 8/10 |

Lastly It`s home slice home boy! or rather Night Raid (I love this ac, light weight and decent fire power, who cares about having 7400 AP if they can`t hit you!) Since i have pictures of him in another thread i won`t take more then this one. Him using X`s beam blade. Posted Image Poseablity is good but hard to do with all that crap on him, so i tend to remove the Turn-A-bouts on his shoulders His arms have a great range of movement, better then all the others. Paint job is good but not great, X had a better job. Con:alot of warping in this guys gun and grenade launcher, and while he can hold his gun worth something unlike ac2 number 3, he has something of a hard time doing so, they did a better job on big red, but i still like this guy, and unlike the others (except x) he has good movement in his legs (his feet can move a little to the side and back and forth, but not alot of movement, thats a problem i have with all of them, but not x) I would rate him a 7/10, not great but good enough. |

Genobee , Duel Face One coin. Same as the rest, very good paint job and detail , i love this little things. Posted Image Ok, the mirage model, no clue what its name is so i just call it nexus Posted Image Nice model, if something of a pain in my @@@ to put together in some places, ok here we go There are alot ALOT of parts in all the armored core models, if one area is even half a shade darker/lighter then the place around it then you get another piece, which is not bad, you alot of them are really small and could be easily lost, with that said these things can really pose, and this guy has pop out Eo`s, take a look Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image I know this pic sucks, but it will have to do, anyway, the legs on this ac have a second joint at the thigh, and you can also turn its leg at the knee, not just back and forth Posted Image they put alot of detail into the models, alot of high quality work, but putting them together can really be a pain in the butt, like Last Raven`s thrusters on its legs, good lord, i would like to point out that most parts have keys so you CAN`T put them where they should not go, most of the models seem to come with extra pieces, but different color , so you can change the color a little, cost is about 30-33, i have to say that i am disappointed that they don`t come with beam blades, and that you can`t put any in the blades, and on my final note i will say the plastic is very different then that of Gunpla, seems like cheaper kind of plastic.... other then that i give these high detailed "models" a 8 out of ten, would be a nine but no blades and cheaper plastic keep that from happening. |

Look at me, playing a game, bidding on a car part, reading a book, AND doing a review. Duel Face Armored Core 3 (people keep calling it that so i will too) Posted Image As you can see he uses the same legs as that of the Last Raven AC, which has a one problem, and thats with the ankle joints as seen below. Posted Image The joint, while giving it a decent amount of posablity also have a problem of coming off (or in some cases being so tight as not to move, my last raven model was not tight, this guy was) You CAN get him to kneel right, but be careful, this is a model and as such very frail, you could easily wind up snapping off the foot peg. Posted Image Half the time thats how it winds up kneeling Posted Image If done carefully Its arms are pretty good, they have really improved on the bicep part of the arm, take a look. Posted Image Posted Image As you can see Last Raven`s arm (the one to the far right) is a straight in peg, no sleeve, thus the peg will be much easier to bend and or break off during movement, Now nexus`s arm have a step, rather small but one none the less, so its harder to break (the one in the middle) and lastly Duel`s arm has a step WITH a double joint bicep (the top part of the bicep/arm/shoulder has a ball jointed poly cap) so not only can the elbow move up and down but so can the bicep Posted Image Lastly, over boost Posted Image The back weapons tend to get in the way of the "gates" so they don`t open fully and have a habit of falling closed again if they are not fully opened, as in most of the kits i have bought this one too has share parts, some are not just spare parts but parts from a different kit, that is Duel Face of Nexus kinda funny, don`t you think? Anyway, i`m giving this guy a 8/10 Next Up, Vixen (a VERY frail ac model, but is`n`t ((note: kinda funny that got past the spell checker :P)) everything when there THAT thin, someone get this ac a sandwich. |

What about photo bucket? You can keep everything organized, the links are always available to you, you can name the files what ever you want, and you can just stay logged on. It's what I use. And you can also make it private, yet create a guest pass of you want others to see it. And interesting, I didn't know AC models exsisted. |

Ok, three reviews, first up, one coin. OW75 Posted Image Models Posted Image Last Raven, a decent model, one of there first and as i have said in a previous post its bicep joints are frail, so be careful with messing with it, its legs are the same as Ac3 version duel face, but this time the legs came out a little more flexible (becase the joints are not so tight this time) Posted Image You know, come to think of it i have never found its beam blade nor its head in the game, but thats for game talk. ANYWHO Posted Image this is really something i should have done with the other models, but however none of them (other then vixen) and move side to side as much as this one can. Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image then again, there only about 400k in size. ANYWHO VIXEN http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K...ne/Stringer.jpg Sorry about the darkness of half of the pics, but at least you can see the details. Vixen is most likely the most frail of the AC`s, its arms and foot guards can be easily broken, and i have broke its foot guards. http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K...e/Stringer9.jpg He can kneel, but barely. http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K.../Stringer12.jpg http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K...e/Stringer3.jpg http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K...e/Stringer2.jpg http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K...e/Stringer1.jpg His arms have a pretty decent move range. http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K.../Stringer11.jpg but have a problem of disconnecting at the top of the double joint, i ended up gluing that still, the top part (shoulders) can move away from the rest of the arm. http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K...ne/DSC00001.jpg http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K.../Stringer18.jpg (this time the flash worked and turned the whole image white so i covered it on the next shot) NEXT UP, Armored Core High End figure AA2 Figure 3 And one shot of normal night raid, in about 10 or 12 days. |

Night Raid, normal version. Posted Image Assault Landing Posted Image http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K...ne/DSC00021.jpg http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K...ne/DSC00023.jpg Posted Image http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K...ne/DSC00025.jpg http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K...ne/DSC00026.jpg http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K...ne/DSC00020.jpg Ok, this guy comes with alot of goodies, tank legs, grenade arms couple heads and back missile system, his arms have the best range of movement thus far and he can really hold on to all the weapons really well, his joints don`t really stick at all and his paint job is good as well. His legs have a piece of skirt armor kind of like gundam does in the front, its not jointed so you will have to make it bend like in a MISA, his feet do not have much of a movement range, but it is much better then big red`s and High End Number 3, his legs bend at the knee`s more then them too, though he does not have the side to side movement thats End 3 does. http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa135/K...ne/DSC00027.jpg please note that some parts do not connect well with others, such as the grenade arms and night raids core, they sag big time, also that this figure has poor balance and tends to tip over when posed, other then that there is not much to say other then this one i own has a warped left knee joint, but thats just the luck of the draw, you know how it goes. 7/10 due to parts sag and balance problems, other wise a nice figure. EDIT: forgot to state that the treads don`t move on the tank legs. |
