Devout member of the "fuck you!" club
"Neither did I when he first courted me." Josephine sighed. "Imagine the in-laws when we're married..."
She added, "Either way, thank you for being so kind..."
Just then Saoirse emerged from the locker room, dressed in normal wear with her wet clothes in a plastic bag.
"Ready?" Josephine asked.
Saoirse nodded. Turning to Hayato she bowed, "I'll see you again."

The Blade that Cuts Injustice
"Imagine the in-laws when we're married..."
He laughed, "Fun times, I'm sure."
"Either way, thank you for being so kind..."
"I should really thank her," Hayato said to himself before looking back up and giving Josephine a shrug, "What can I say? Deep down I'm a nice guy."
Then the woman in question apeared is her sensual slave outfit, drawing Hayato's attention.
"I'll see you again."
"Yeah," he said with a smile, giving her a salute-wave thing, "Let me know the next time you're off-duty."

Saoirse nodded at that. Josephine, with a smile bowed her head too as both women took their leave.
A hand on her shoulder, Josephine said with a laugh, "Tomorrow come to my room when you have the time. I have this new dress I'd like you to try on..."
Saoirse smiled nervously as she thought, Not another one....
Later that night....
After her shower, Saoirse took a small plate of a cake slice and walked over to her balcony. Leaning over the railing as she took a small bite, she sighed a bit and looked up at the moon. She wondered about Boazan, and what was going on there right now.
"It's a pretty cold night, despite where we are." Rizal said, walking up behind her. "You should probably put some more clothes on."
Pulling together her shirt so it closed more, she let out shyly as she looked at Rizal. "Oh...my Lord..."
Looking up at the night sky, the Boazanian noble sighed, "It's been how long? 4 years now, almost 5?"
Saoirse laughed, "What? Only that long? It feels like a lot longer."
"Too long, if you ask me." Rizal said with a bit of a grunt.
"Ah-hah...." The hornless woman laughed softly. "If you say so..." She placed down the fork on the plate and slid a hand through her hair. "I'm starting to remember a lot of things...though it's not as if I've forgotten anything, really..."
Before she could continue, Rizal cut her off, "Saoirse, if you want to leave and take care of whatever happened between you and your former masters......"
He paused for a moment before continuing, "....then I won't keep you here. One of these days you should follow your own path."
Saoirse sighed, "I guess so, but....I came under your servitude under my own volition."
Turning to face Rizal, she looked up at him with soft, warm eyes. She smiled a little as she tried to think of the right words to say. There was a tight feeling forming in her throat, but she knew it was because there were so many things on her mind.
Cupping her hands together, she looked off to the side and said softly, "Besides...."
"YUUDAI!" Saburo yelled from the room directly below her's. "I'VE GOT SOMETHING TO SAY TO YOU, YOU BASTARD!"
Growling angrily, Rizal yelled down below, "What the hell's going on there!?"
Saburo yelled back, "Crapface drew on my leg while I was sleep!"
"The hell!?" Yuudai yelled back. "YOU were snoring so loud I could hear you from across the hall!"
"I DON'T want to be within close proximity of either of you!" Saoirse yelled, angry that the moment was ruined.
"Feh, you think i wanna be near this jerkoff?" Saburo yelled at Saoirse.
"That's fine by me, you manwhore!" Yuudai yelled from his window.
"Don't call me that!" Saburo retorted.
"Alright, how about 'moron'?"
Rizal growled angrily even more to the point he was bearing his fangs. Tightening his fist into a ball, he slammed it against the railing and yelled at both men. "BOTH OF YOU, SHUT THE HELL UP! AND IF YOU DON'T I'LL COME DOWN THERE AND SHUT YOU UP MYSELF!"
While the yelling fest continued, Saoirse sighed sadly as she took another bit of her cake.

SPIDERS GONNA SPIDE
That night after dinner, Alistair excused himself from the others and slipped quietly off the base. His wings shimmering in the night sky, Al soared into the heavens and made his way to the coastline, letting the cares and fatigue of the previous week melt away in the cool ocean air. It had been quite some time since he'd been able to indulge himself in a relaxing joyflight, and he wanted to make the best of it.
Taking a glance at the nearly-full moon, the young man paused and hovered before it, suddenly becoming lost in thought. He thought back to something his mother had told him once about marriage: that it was the single biggest turning point in a person's life....
"You see, Al; when a man and a woman fall in love and get married, everything changes. Before, they were two different people from two different families. But when they get married...."
Myong-Sun reached over and picked up a photograph that was sitting on a table nearby. Leaning over, Al's eyes widened, and he looked up at his adopted mother in delight. "That...that is you and your husband? You look so pretty!!"
The woman blushed slightly at her son's praise. "Well, that was many years ago...but thank you, Al." Sighing, she gave a fond glance to the man in the picture. "What I was saying is that when two people get married, they leave their old families and form a new one, together. And someday when you get married, you'll leave me and do the same."
Frowning, Al shook his head. "But...I don't want to leave you, Mother!! I want us to always be together!!"
A bit surprised at her son's outburst, Myong placed the picture back and pulled him closer. "But Al, that's part of growing up. Baby birds can't remain in the nest forever, after all...and the same goes for young fairies, too," she quickly added when her son moved to object to the comment. "You won't be losing me, Al; you'll never lose me. But a husband has to put his wife first in all cases, even above his old family. He has to be ready to share everything with her: holding nothing back. Remember, a good marriage is based off of complete trust and devotion between two people who want one thing more than anything."
The boy cocked his head to the side, curious. "What is that, Mother?"
Myong smiled and hugged her child tight. "To make the other one happy."
The memories of that simple talk so many years ago seemed to float around Alistair as he continued to gaze at the moon. "It's just like she said; we've grown apart over the years. I wanted so much to be with you forever back then...part of me still does. But you were right; I grew up, and things changed between us. It's time for me to stop looking back and start going forward. I have a mate whom I love more than anything, and if I'm going to have a life with her...then I can't let it start with secrets being kept between us."
Glancing down at the shoreline, his heart quickened it's beat as he saw a lone individual standing on the beach looking up at him. She was dressed in a simple white silk dress that seemed to flow around her as the wind blew, her flaming red hair crowning her smiling face like the sun as she waved up to the young man floating overhead.
Coming to land in front of her, Alistair reached out and embraced his mate tightly, their hearts and minds intertwining in much the same way. Then, placing his arm across her shoulders, the pair began to walk along the beach away from the base. "Maki, there's something I need to tell you...."
