Okay, I'm desperately trying not to make this another repeat of OG1. Like OG1, I've gotten to the final scenario (not the secret scenario), and I just can't beat this final boss. I've tried Armor Breakers, Weapon Breakers, and Energy Drains. None of them are working because of his Warp Field, which also negates attack damage from non-combonation attacks. I know Isaac has mentioned that SP Regenerate is important, but I spent most of my game upgrading skills and adding other abilities. I REALLY don't want have to start a new game over, especially after all the effort I put into almost finishing the game. Please...tips anyone? |

Fury makes attacks ignore barriers. Put the pilots with it in units with attacks that can put it to use (Leona in the red Wildwürger is a popular example). |

Leona's only 23 as I stopped using her a long time ago. The only unit I have with Fury in the mission (probably out of all my units), is Tetsuya in the Kurogane. >_> Do you have any other advice? |

I notice you don't have Schein and the G out, or the Gespenst S. Can I assume you didn't level her or get it? |

Mmm... Unless the character can use SP Regenerate, I would refrain from using any Spirit Commands till you build up to 150 Morale unless the character has SP Regenerate. Also, take Lat out of your lineup or change her machine. Lack of Royal Heart Breaker is going to hurt her damage output. Get Kai out of the lineup or at least, his Mk-IIM unless you've been pumping money and got his Jet Magnum or a G-Impact Stake to godly amounts of damage. Anyways, what I'd aim for is maximum possible abuse of Combination Attacks. Unform SRX, use Rai and Aya to use R-Formation twice, reform SRX, Cast Zeal with Ryusei, do any pumping up you feel like, HTB Cannon. Do the same with Mai, and use Aya's Renew if necessary. Have Mai attack again, and if you can pull off another Zeal, yay. If not, just have SRX sit there for a bit. We might be using them in a bit. Anyways, now let's move to Zengar and Elzam. Tornado Blade, power it up with any seishins necessary. Use Latooni's Enable on Zengar and have him use Tornado Blade again, again, if one of them is lacking in energy, Renew. Situate the other units in positions so you can take full advantage of support attacks from units like Valcione and Wild Falken. Put units that can't dodge or take hits to save their life on the squares diagonal from Stern Regisseur if its MAP attack is still alive. Those squares are also "blind spots" in Regisseur's other attacks as well. Use low EN cost weapons or low-damage ammo based weapons like Split Missile with the non-Combination Attack units, and try to take as much advantage of Support Attacks as possible. They don't need to do that much damage. They just need to hit and make Stern Regisseur waste its energy on Warp Field. In a bit, Stern'll be out of energy and you can have your non-combination attack units do lots of damage with Warp Field out of the way. My strategy's probably a bit on the crude side though, since the majority of the damage output comes from the combination attackers. If you need to use any Spirit Commands to keep someone alive, do so. Take advantage of the fact that RKO/KRO has Kusuha and Bullet as pilots. Use Kusuha as a Zeal battery and have Bullet cast any other Spirit Commands as needed. Still, not using Leona kinda hurts, considering the only people that I can recall with Fury in your lineup is 1) Named Kyosuke and is, IMO, better used for Rampage Ghost, 2) Named Raetsel and can't equip weapons in Aussenseiter, or 3) Is named Rai and is better used for A) R-Formation or B ) being a piece of SRX. *Edit* Gah... Not Sternie... Oh well. This strategy should work alright though... >_>; |

Since Rai does have Fury, slapping Armor Breakers on the R-2 ain't too bad an idea either, if the SRX is in range. And Aya can still chunk out an R-Formation, if you've the EN to burn. Also, if you insist on using Kai, I would highly recommend moving him out of the MkII deathtrap, unless you just like using it. << Plus... isn't Alfimi around to mooch SP points and Support Attacks off of, too? |

Lat without Shine? Dude, you're just wasting a spot that way. And move Kai to Nishiki or something. Putting him in the Mk.II M is just suicidal. Especially in that stage. |

Lat and Kai are just defending my ships in the corner of the map, I'm not actually using them against the tougher enemies. Anyways, I'll give some of the suggestions a try. EDIT: Somehow, I managed to beat it. Thanks for the help guys! |
