The MG Strike Freedom would be a good example to follow if they ever decide to make an EMSIA Strike Freedom. |

Because they know they can crap out any random SF merchandise and mindless droves will buy it. Same deal as with Zaku stuff. |

They're too thin and wide compared to the lineart and the 1/144, 1/100, and HCM-Pro designs. It's like they just took the cast to the Providence Dragoons and modified the connector a little.
Crazy kids with your "Dragoon" speak. |

Seeing that I'm almost 27...I guess I should take that as a compliment. I still think, overall, that the MSIA Shiranui looks awesome. Is it better looking than the gunpla? No, but for MSIA standards, I think it's pretty high quality stuff. I'm just glad it isn't half-assed like the Strike Freedom MSIA. |

Is it as shiny as the pictures make it look? I was going to buy it from tisinc99, but they ended up stealing my money instead. :( |

The Akatsuki MSiAs and Cosmic Region are painted in an opaque gold, so they actually match with the average price of the line. The models and the HCM Pro are painted in that super-reflective gold that always makes the figure at least twice the regular price. Here are a bunch of pictures of the finished less-expensive figures: http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10052396 http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10050551 |

Proportion-wise and accessory-wise, this figure looks awesome. I'm just really sad that Bandai decided to stop putting weathering on the EMSIAs. I also don't know if I liked the curved blades for the beam sabers. The wings look very nicely done though. If I have some extra $$$ come Fall, I'll probably pick this one up, but with all that sweet Gundam 00 merchandise coming out, this figure will probably be put on hold on my list. |

So I got my EMIA Noir.... Their panel lining staff must be on vacation, there is like ZERO panel lining on this......I had to panel line it myself... The faceplate's paintjob is also a little.....weird, because of how the whiskers are painted :S Though, superb posability as always. |

I decided I'd hold off on the Noir...for now anyways. How're the beam swords? Pretty sturdy or flimsy? I will be getting the MSIA Shiranui Akatsuki and EMSIA Ridden's Gelgoog at the end of this month though. |

The blades are great, just that they aren't really locked onto the Noir Striker when you put them on. They just hang via a "claw" on the blade......they don't really fall off unless you decide to give the Noir a spin. XD |

Almost as good as Lowe ^_^
|
My only beef with Noir so far is it's easy to bend the the litle beam blade pieces, when putting them into the backpack swords. That kinda urked me, since it looks funnny now. |

Ah, so it got downgraded to a regular MSIA afterall eh? I have to agree with you ZGMFX10Amod00, it does look a lot better than the prototype they displayed at those hobby events. I am a bit curious what those 2 black cylindrical objects are right above the beam daggers. I don't remember it being said that Exia has grenades, but that's what they look like to me. I hope the Kyrios turns out as good as this. |

Ah, so the little black cylinders are like holsters for the smaller solid blades eh? Also, wow at the ankle articulation. Haven't seen a MSIA that could do that since the Shining and Rising MSIAs. I guess I'll have to add this to my "to get" list now. |

Official MIA Exia pics. I am probably gonna wait til we see the actual real project.....EMIA WZC kinda scared me off. >_> Though, MIA Exia probably has the best head/face mold (out of all Exia products) next to the HG version. In all honesty, what happened to the EMSIA line? Now, other than the joints, they're just basically regular MSIAs. Though I am still hoping for an EMSIA Strike Freedom (just to have one with removeable DRAGOONs and opening calf thrusters), I don't really see how it's worth the slight increase in price now. As for the Exia, it might be the first MSIA I buy since the Owashi Akatsuki. I like that it comes with a bunch of accessories and the articulation looks excellent. Huge sword is HUUUUGE!!! I still find it funny that the first time we saw Exia with that sword, we all thought it was about the size of a dagger. |

For some reason it seems like Exia's head looks consistently terrible in merchandise. |
