I didn't get around to EX Hard. Unlike most people who frequent the SRW boards, I either have too many other games to play or not enough time to play through every mode of every SRW game. Of course, that also means I didn't play Special, so I didn't have one of every part then either. I just threw hp and en repairing weapons on the Hiryu Kai, Guilliam came with a Black Hole Cannon because I met the requirement early, and I then proceeded to slam armor buffing items of the Hiryu Kai and use it as a meat shield for the enemy's attacks. I usually wiped out one boss before their morale got high enough to cause me any problems, and got the second shortly after. It only slows down when you're down to 2-3 bosses at 150 morale. Guilliam ended up having to finish the battle, though, if I remember correctly. His SP regen was a life saver. |

Oh well. Try EX-Hard when you can. Pain guaranteed. Especially the real last stage. |

I'd been up for about 24 hours at that point. Mistakes were bound to happen. |

Well, that's no excuse. Also, here's a video of Atlus' pitch for OG. Notice how the guy has almost nothing to say about it: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=28...4588540&q=atlus |

The weird thing is I never played SRW 4 or FINAL, so I've had no experience with the Guests, yet I still managed to let that slip. I think I hallucinated a memory of RGG calling them that or something and was too tired to second guess it. As for the Atlus booth... does Devil Summoner = Jewel Summoner? |

*Stores the cookie in the afro cookie jar* Anyways, is there a possibility that Atlus won't release OG2 if OG1's sales are dismal? Not being a pessimist or anything but could it happen? |

It's certainly a possibility, but a pretty slim one. I don't think Atlus is THAT much of a whore... not as much as Bamco. |

Hey RGG, I hear you're good with knowledge on the Inspectors and Guests. If so, could you tell me a bit about Gargaw, Silverwent, and Baran Shunail? While we're at it, if you're good with Masoukishin and stuff... Could you tell me about Duraxyl and Euclid? |

Gargaw - Giant turtle/dragon hybrid. Golden, spits fire and has some nasty claw attacks if you get too close. Deadly accurate. Nothing a Zankantou can't beat the shit out of, though. Silberwind (Silverwind) - Looks like the bee pokemon, only silver, with two giant needles for hands, a skirt armor but no legs (or one leg, depending on how you look at it). Head looks like a giant broom. Speed mech, high dodge and aim, low HP and defense. Probably the easiest of the 4. Has mostly long range attacks and a weak close range. Baran (?) - I'm assuming this is the orange one Mekibose is in. Average all-around mech, high firepower, high HP, low aim. Toughie. Has a deadly MAP, but that's it. The green one - I forgot it's name >_> Green, bald and monk-like. Heavily built. It only has one pattern - beating the shit out of things with a giant hammer. Close-range, high power, high accuracy, high defense, low dodge, likes to aim for ships. Masoukishin - It's been a while... Lucky I played it only 2 months ago >_> Duraxyl - built by Senia, has some weapons that look just like ZZ (Hi-Mega Launcher) and performs like a RR crossed with a Choumasouki. Significant weapons are all beam-based and some missiles. Literally what you would expect from a Gundam/RR in general. Also has some funnel-like shoulder armor (IIRC). Euclid - Whore of a machine. Developed by the enemy, it's a Choumasouki and bastard son of the Duraxyl and Granteed. Carries stuff the Duraxyl has, and has hugeass attacks like Big Bang and even bits. They don't run on Familiars like Masoukishin do though. I think they're pure plana. It was made for General what's-his-name, but was not tested, and (I think) made someone go berserk from it. Someone clarify this for me? |

It was probably the most aesthetically appealing. Silberwind is a giant bee, the other's an ugly green baldie and the last is an orange can. I can see why a gold Turtle/Dragon is much more appealing >_> |

On a slightly more on-topic note, EBGames.com now lists OG1 as coming out on 7/25, and OG2 for 10/15. |
