Name: Ciel Zrath Wraedas Alias/Nickname: Daggyr Age: 21 Gender: Male Race: Human/Alchemist Nationality: Amestris Height: 5'11" Weight:137lbs Eye color: Has two eye colours, due to heterochromia, which is an ocular condition that makes the person have different eye colours. His left eye is a mystifying silvery colour, and his right eye is jungle green, with sky-blue throughout and around it. Hair color: White Hair Style: Untamed and unruly, it is curly and cannot stay cleanly for the poor boy's life. Clothing: The boy typically wears a short-sleeved mandarin shirt, and then a long-sleeved short-cut denim jacket. He usually wears khaki cargo pants, or blue jeans. He generally wears sunglasses, but only when he thinks the situation calls for it, but only when he wants to hide his contacts. His right eye contact is normal, no change is made to his eye. But his left eye's contact has a transmutation circle on it, which is only visible on the side opposite of his eye. He also has a steel phoenix pendant that he is never seen without. Overall Pic: I have none at this moment. Personality: Ciel is a very kind boy, and has a very guilty conscience. As such, he tries to help everyone as much as he can, no matter what the consequences are to himself. But it is only a way to cover up his pain. Generally, Ciel is a talkative kid, and a real party animal, but occasionally, he's just so quiet... Likes: Dislikes: Skills: Ciel has a very unique gift of photographic memory. This memory allows him to retain everything he reads. The only problem is that he can tire out easily when he's learning too much at a time. He also has a unique knack for calculating the trajectory a bullet will travel, which he can use for various things. Also, he has a transmutation circle on his left eye, which enables him to control particles in the air, moving them at high-speeds, cooling them, and then making them collide to generate a discharge of negative energy in a general direction. I.E., he can create bolts of lightning to strike whatever he wishes. Weapons: Ciel has two favourite weapons, two pistols. One is black, and is the general size of a berretta, and fires nine millimeter bullets. It has a silver moon on the grip. The clip holds 7 bullets. His other pistol is black, as well, but is slightly larger, with a much bigger clip. This clip holds 15 rounds, all much bigger than the other pistol's. Also the barrel is longer, enabling better range and accuracy. The larger gun has a golden phoenix on the grip, and he's uncleverly named the smaller gun with the moon insignia on it, "Luna", and the larger gun with the phoenix on it, "Sol". Transportaion: Ciel has no transportation. Family: Ciel does not know his family, and was an orphan as a youngling. History: Ciel was, as a young boy, raised and cared for in an orphanage. The orphanage was very kind to him, but, Ciel had no care for their kindness. He wanted to explore and have adventures. So, every night, he would sneak away from the orphanage and go play in the woods, or a cave, pretending he was a gallant hero, or a talented mercenary. But, there came a time when, as he was gallavanting in the woods like a crazed buffoon, he climbed up a tree, and got the bright idea that he was going to be a monkey. Well, needless to say, he started climbing around like a monkey, jumping from branch to branch, until he missed one entirely. He fell on the ground, dislocated a shoulder, and broke the other arm. He fell unconscious for a time, and woke up a few hours later. Staggering, he made his way back to the orphanage to plead for assistance, but, as he neared the edge of the woods, he smelled smoke. And the scent of smoke, well, that frightened him. When he got to the orphanage, it had been burned down. He began to wander down the road until a chance meeting with a traveling farmer saved his arm. The farmer took him in, fixed him up, and gave him a supporting family. The boy learned how to manage a farm, as staying there was not free. He was 14 now, and he had to work for his room, and for his food, as did every part of that family. He loved them all like a real family, especially their youngest daughter, who was only three. One day, while working in the field, a group of wandering ruffians decided that they wanted the food and pretties there. Ciel, not calling for the farmer, refused. They took it in stride, and promptly beat the stupid kid to an inch of his life, in which they decided they'd let him watch as they killed and abused his family. They swaggered off to the farm house, and the boy passed out. Once more, the boy awoke to a scene of death. the farm house had been burnt down, and the ruffians... Well, they didn't look like people anymore. The boy glanced around, and noticed that immediately near him were several tools. A sickle, a hoe, the farmer's rifle, and a sharp, jagged piece of glass. After a quick survey of the farm, he concluded that none had survived. But, as he turned to leave, a small gasp caused him to turn sharply around. The farmer was still alive. The boy rushed to his aid, but the farmer, seeing the boy, quickly armed himself with a nearby rock and raised it threateningly. The farmer's eyes blazed with anger and he spat insults and curses at the boy, before asking, "Why? Why did you destroy my home?!" And he lunged. The boy, not knowing what to do, side-stepped. His right foot moved slowly, and it tripped the man, whom promptly fell on the ground, and his lungs were pierced by the jagged glass. The boy stared motionlessly at the farmer's dead body, and the reality of the farmer's words hit home moments later. He, Ciel, did this. He killed the farmer, his daughters, his wife and his son... HE must've done that to the ruffians... The boy soon vanished from the farm, and lived on the move for a long while. He visited various priests for exorcisms, but this was no demon. Eventually, he arrived at a psychiatrist that effectively eliminated the alternate personality. His guilt led him to want to help people, but he could not do that directly. His tainted hands did not need to touch those of innocent hands. So, he enlisted in the army at the age of 18. He's still in it, today. And the memories... They, too, are still with him. |
