note that eventhough C22 and our A12 shares the same 5 speed gearbox, the third gear ratio is different. C22 have closer ratio while out datsun have wider ratio. that is why 3rd gear is best for dragging. |

mine now running at 11 degree was it ok? baru cek tadi with timing light. n my dist is a bit retard bout 1 or 2 degree.. n running on ron97.. or do u hav a better suggestion? |

on stock carb my highest was 24 degrees idle with RON97 and octane booster... try 18degrees. now on weber only put to 15... no more vcacuum advance :( |

for me... just increase until got knocking.. then retard 2 degrees... this is the best throttle responds. but harder to get top speed. Jee1's technique will get better FC and speed. |
