well...i shall post my images real real sooooon...

having slight trouble with water leakage from my dashboard, and i wanan chrome my tail light. I wanan open new topic . Anything moderator just advice oks ?

i believe my rims would be either 12 or 13 "

A banana rim would be around -20 with pcd of 114.3 ?

Am i rite ?

The one i saw a guy name jeyaraj selling for RM 250.

Then how about the tayars ...where they always show 175/ XX / xx

What do those number represent.

I've browsed almost every page.

My suggestion is to break the forum into spesific interest such as
under Datsun 120y
- rims
-tayat
-lights
- exhaust

Maybe in the above sub sections we can pin FACTS / CLOSED TOPIC WHERE PROBLEMS ARE ENCOUNTERED, SOLVED and WORKS

Then sections like question answer be under another category

Just my 2 cents...maybe i'm wrong ..or maybe i'm just sesat

-peace-

we don't need to break into such small categories as there will be not much participation there... look at the events category, we got ICe, DRAG, Drift... thre is not much participation there too...

if you got problem, just create a thread should be sufficient.

eh got a question guys..

my friend who drives a 1981 Fiat 131 mirafori says his mangkuk rims makan the wheel bearing....6 months nid to replace once...

technically, why does offset rims makan wheel bearing ar?

the lower the offset... the more jutting out the rims... thus the force is higher on the bearing...

imagine a spanar or wrench... the longer the wrench the easier to open a nut right? because of the pivot point.. (pivot distance to point1) x force1 = (pivot distance to point2) x force2.. aiyah.. the form 3 thing la.

so the longer/furthur the rims from the bearing, the more load it apply to the bearing. so if you want to play with low offset rims... pay for racing bearings or heavy duty bearings.
