Posts: 457 Group: Member Member #1,271 Joined: October 29, 2006	Well i finally got a response about my account being banned and Jagex's Shitty CS finally responded my 16 messages in 1 conveniant letter. I never thought they'd finally do it.. After a month and 2 days So hopefully, now that the holidays are through, I'll finally get my Appeal response.. Guys Im going to quit Runescape And cXs all together if I dont get my account back, just to let you know. For alot of mixed reasons. I'm really counting on this to work. Thanks for the support, Chaoz p.s: The forums are really slow hunter!! >_< waits about 12 seconds for post to be made

Posts: 564 Group: Member Member #1,480 Joined: December 30, 2006	If runescape wasn't so much of a popular game, it would have collapsed due to so many complaints based on its terrible customer support. I really wish we could speak on the phone with a rep for runescape, and maybe ask about accounts personally, or at least have an automated telephone response which can check up on your account and make last chance appeals. One can only wish... But chaoz, A TON of people committing terrible violations have gotten their accts back from the Last Chance appeal...it just took them months to get a response back, haha! In due time man, you should be fine.
