Not a flame about anyone under the requirements, but, why do we have requirements if everyones getting in anyway because they know someone in the clan :\? Seems silly to have them if they aren't doing anything.

cXs used to be a skill clan, with next to no requirements and we are still not a completely based pk clan. the requirements are only for people who don't know anyone in the clan.

But i do have to agree with you though.

We could do something like this :

90 combat + no refs

85 combat + 1 ref

80 combat + 2 refs

And so on.

I've got no problems with the skill clan, just doesn't seem to make sense. Let someone in at a low combat and they don't have as much of an incentive to train.

Look at it this way :

Pros :

An extra person spamming on pks and wars.

An extra 2/3 opts.

More posts on the forum

More activity in chat

Maybe a new friend

Cons :

A low level

Why not just remove reqs :$ its not a problem WITH the lower levels, its just if we're goin to have some, why not have more :\

You have a point there, we might as well have our reqs as : 2 referals and no combat reqs..

People who actually are friends with somebody in the clan we don't like to decline them because they'll have more fun with a clan they have friends in and probably stay with us. The req. is mainly for people who have no referalls.

We might just lower it again and say you have to have a referral or something.. I'll talk to Trog about it.

Oooh Look its 1000camels

Look. Furby is right. this clan is 90+ so from now we have to accept 90+ people Unless they have a MASSIVE ammount of referals and even then it should only go down to 80+ in that case. And all members below 80 should be taken off the memberlist as it brings our average down a lot for the sake of 5 members aswell as making it hard to recruit when they notice the below req people on the list. This may sound a bit harsh but CXS gotta grow man. I hope Hunter/Troggy pays notice to this and takes action

I think all of the lower levels should be allowed in with 3 + referrals. Only 90 + people are allowed on mmberlist though which is an incentive to train.
