I never played the original so this is a fresh experience to me, and so far i'm loving it. The single player starts out really slow especially with all the loading times, sometimes you'll end up dropping over an edge, not sure if cameras to blame or not, you get stuck since they dont give you too much of an idea of what you gotta do. Bright sides are i love the context zones, especially ones like giving the scarecrow beer, turning into an anvil, confidence pills. Amazing graphics, just another game where pictures don't do nothing for the game. Funny & cute dialouge, great platforming action. This is defenitly one of my favorite platformers ever. Multiplayer is a blast, haven't gone online but went through all multiplayer missions. A.I. is good. There are some balance issues, such as the Demolisher and Sneeker feel too strong (personally im best with Thermophile but havent seen much complaining about him), while the grunt is weak and the Skyjockey is useless unless in a vehicle. Wish there was just a free game option so you can setup a basic deathmatch or CTF though. The upgrades are neato though, can turn a weak class into a kickass one, can make the Long Ranger take out a vehicle in a single DU charged shot, Demolisher rockets follow air vehicles, give Thermophiles a kickass laser, or even turn a lowely Grunt into a Demolisher killing machine. Another thing is that the Ariel vehicels feel akward for me, cant get used to control them. A fair-warning is that the multiplayer controls may take time to get used too, took me awhile just to get used to reloading with "A". Only multiplayer missions i have a problem with are the CTF's one since its hard finding the flag the first few games. Personally i like being the SHC on the beach level, just has a more epic feel than guarding it. I'm kinda biased with the multiplayer though since ever since i layed hands on TFC i've had a weak spot for class based multiplayer games. If you've played the game please let your opinions be heard. <3 ___________ |

There are still little things that I am not liking with the game, as I did with the last one. In the "Bad Fur Day" part of the game I don't like some parts of the game, due eiher to glitches or just bad gameplay. But the game is still great, nonetheless. I haven't been playing it as much as I thought I would. I haven't played the multiplayer seriously yet (I started a match and quit literally 20 seconds into it). But the game so far has a 8.8 on my scale from 1-10. But I think it might go up by the time i finish with it. |
