Is that Skyler with the turtle neck? I'd break up my band if Torin started wearing turtle necks like that, too.

You'd also break up your band if your guitar player was a PYSCHOTIC ASSHOLE who can't have a civil conversation.

Wow, you're describing me to a T. Should I quit my band?

But on a less obnoxious note, that's really unfortunate to have to end something so long lived over that.

Those were all edited a minute after posting. They were probably just grammatical changes as opposed to content changes.

Joan of Arc played only new stuff and it was fucking incredible. I can't wait for their new album. Victor Villareal is in the band now and it's like a way more punk rock version of Owls or something. Unbelievable guitar player.

Yeah it really sucks about Ghosts and Vodka. They apparently recorded an EP's worth of songs earlier this year but nothing's come out and I guess they broke up. Sam doesn't want to play music anymore (which is so completely fucking depressing to think about), and just wanted to make dough off of the Cap'n Jazz reunions, but now those are over. Victor wanted to start OWLS full time, but Mike doesn't want to play with Sam, and Tim doesn't want to play with Sam or Mike. So Victor was basically band-less and he ASKED to be in Joan of Arc. AMAZING! Apparently Ghosts and Vodka recorded an EP's worth of songs, I've only heard the one new song on the "don't mind control" compilation. What I've heard of Victor's solo album is garbage, Owen style acoustic songs. What he was doing in Joan of Arc though was like old school Victor, just the fucking best!

Totally nerded out to Bobby Burg at the show, got caught up on the latest JOA drama. haha.

Weirdest thing about this show was they were in the middle of playing a song, the last or second to last song of the set, Tim started singing and then stopped and threw his guitar around like he was going to smash it, then stopped, band stopped, and he goes "uh....we're done. thanks" and walked off stage mumbling "i'm done, i'm done....". Total confusion from the band and audience. Classic TK.
