I'd so take home deer meat from a deer I hit with a vehicle and killed. It's all a matter of how recently the animal was killed and in what condition it's in.

wow...i wouldnt. if you just leave it there it will probably feed some other animals or something, and they have such a hard time living as is...

I wouldn't take the whole thing home, just what I need, like a haunch or something, and maybe the antlers. The rest I'd drag to the side of the road for the wild carnivores.

i like how you said "wild carnivores". makes me think of lions and tigers and bears scavenging on the side of the road for raodkill.

Well, a wolf or coyote is a carnivore, and they're wild, so it made sense to me. Heck, even vultures are wild carnivores.

i just dont usually use carnivores. reminds me of those dinosaur documentaries i used to watch, walking with dinosaurs and the other walking with documentaries. they would say carnivore and herbivore every ten minutes...

if it eats meat, it's a carnivore . . . and vultures eat rotting carcasses (or bodies) so it's meat.

I remember Walking with Dinosaurs. That was such an awesome series... I remember I was allowed to stay up to watch it... But it was only on at about 7.30pm or something... As you can tell, I was pretty young when it first aired.

Vultures do scavenge, but they eat meat. That's all a carnivore is.

Yup. A carnivore eats meat, a herbivore eats plants, and an omnivore eats both. Doesn't matter how they got it.

hey i saw it too. man was the best, especially because i watched it with my grandpa, so the show reminds me of him. i saw the later thing, walking with prehistoric beasts and even walking with monsters, before the dinosaurs.
